Dude you are freaking insane. You should talk about pricing for videos. Or for photography. I am trying to figure out how much to ask for when doing a video. I’m not sure if I should charge by hours of filming. And hours of editing. Idk man. Keep it up ur awesome and a huge inspiration🙏🏼🤙
im a mom of 2 kids. i just spent a whole day binge watching your videos and I just realised your soo soo good and your job but even better at passing on knowledge. One can become a good videographer without having to go to college, just by watching your videos. I am going to send you my video once I have edited it, just so you know how much you have helped people.
Normally I have to put creators' videos on 2x because they're going too slow...But I have to slow this video down to keep up with it because I'm typing notes! That's not a complaint...Excellent video!
Most concise technical direction of any FCPX speed ramp film on YT- and somehow done in a couple of minutes. Daniel, thanks for your excellent communication skills, once again!
Bro i answered yes both times on the survey and i instantly regreted it because i thought i everybody says yes you might not do a video on it.... i´m glad it came because it was very helpful with all the background knowledge. Thank you.
Great Video Daniel! I just made a similar one around Speed Ramp Transitions combined with Whip/Pan Transitions too! People seem to really love these techniques! Thanks for the in-depth explanation!
Damn bro thanks for sharing so much man, honestly I can say that 80% of what I have learnt on youtube about editing has come from your sound advice. So much grateful for your content for real.
God, I miss fisheye skateboard videos. A lot of them were terrible and I love them. This is a GREAT explanation of speed ramping. It’s great to see other FCP users!
I had no idea about that short cut.. I always had to cut-speed up or speed down-cut in sperated clips this is just a lifesaver! thanks so much danny! appreciated the help!!!!
sorry to be so offtopic but does anyone know a method to log back into an Instagram account?? I was stupid lost the account password. I would appreciate any tips you can offer me!
Bro, your videos are FIRE and it's awesome to see that you're finally getting the attention you deserve! I just started my own channel and realized that I draw a ton of inspiration from you. I just released a speed ramp tutorial for those people who use premiere pro and after effects and it would be amazing to get some feedback from you!
I discovered it whilst editing call of duty montages, we used time remapping/twixtor to sync shots with the music. Good old days. Amazing video man covered everything nicely! Goodjob
this was the quickest and simplest tutorial on speed ramping and it's the first time i understood every single thing and i've watched maaany videos. but in just few words and in just a minute you made me get it all! big ups
I was sent here by Jessie Driftwoods Comment on his video about speed ramping. If you haven't seen it yet, he's sending you some love. This is a super solid video. Worth watching again, especially because it's under 4 minutes, wow.
I'm already familiar with this technique but I wanted to comment to say that I was very impressed with this overview. Short, and to the point! Great video!
Daniel, I appreciate your channel... Thanks for the "straight to the point" tutorials. Can't wait to see you hit 100K Subscriber Base. Be well, stay encouraged, and an Encourager!
I literally created a youtube account just to like, comment and subscribe to your channel. You're awesome dude thank you so much for all your tips! I've been looking for a video like this one for a LONG TIME. THANK YOU!!!
I find it easier to use the range selection tool by simply pressing R to make a specific selected range of the clip that you can then adjust the speed of. It then automatically ramps the transitions.
Another excellent tutorial Dan - like many others I knew how to do it, but seeing it illustrated was really useful. You'll be at 100k in no time, keep at it.
Great video I for one always appreciate the contextual information. Your explanation was concise and that’s another thing I love about your style - thanks for sharing.
Excellent videos man! Just subbed to your channel because I'm out here trying to support the smaller UA-camrs since I've just started my channel a few months ago. Cheers man!
Very clear and understandable! I like how you brought the skateboarding era in this video, I used to love watching those speed ramps. You've definitely given enough background knowledge and practical uses to help those still new to utilizing speed ramps. E.g., Me haha
This is FIRE!!! I wish there was a specific tutorial on this using Adobe Premier But, I figure the concept is kind of the same. Great Video man. You are next to Blow. I can see it now.
I love how you included the sort of 'history' of speed ramps, really interesting :)

Most underrated UA-camr out there. I've learned more in 15 minutes of surfing your channel than I have in hours of surfing UA-cam. Thanks my friend!
