Another excellent trip report Chris, I was so much looking forward to this one and it certainly did not disappoint ! Very interesting airline, they seem to have learned from their nearby competitors how to be individual and unique.....some of it seems to work for sure. The lounge looked amazing in Muscat,; I understand what you said about the food being good but perhaps not great although you were unlucky not to get your first choice. Really enjoyed the video, thanks for another good one !
Great video! The lounge looks much nicer then the new silverkris at changi. While Singapore airlines still suspending hot towel service, it great to know Oman air even offer a choice of hot or cold towels! Amazing! Would love to try this airlines someday if possible!
Hi Derek, the Silverkris Lounge is also very nice. I think however that Singapore Airlines could work a bit more on keeping up their formerly very high standards... - I don't mind so much the hot or cold towel, but just some wet towel is already nice 😊 Oman Air is really a nice airline - but I wasn't very happy when I flew them in Economy years ago. Maybe that has changed too
Can you imagine the same menu since 2017 … I was flying with them at least 3 times from Kuwait-BKK and KWI-KUL so I can remember the menu.. my last flight KUL-MUC was horrible after that never book with them again… thanks for sharing 🎉
We flew Oman Air Bangokok to Muscat, Muscat to London and return in June and July. Great seat as shown and great service. We would fly with them again without hesitation but this time straight from Sydney.

I used to fly on OmanAir business class all the time because my dad worked for them and it was amazing every single time without fail.
They're really very good

Sounds like a good idea! I'm not sure if Sydney will be on their map soon. But 12 hours in their Apex Suite sounds great!
