It’s so amazing to me how well educated all the men were. Some singers just don’t go for further education and say they want to sing and that’s what they are gonna do. These guys literally had amazing degrees and Brian eventually got his doctorate. So cool. I know they aren’t the only band to have degrees. But of legendary status and as big as they are and were, it’s just awesome to know that.
Yep! Did you know that Brian went on to become a university professor at Cambridge after Queen? He is an astrophysics expert. Damn, despite graduating as a psychologist I stopped understading math at 12, and I would have lasted less than a fish out of water in a science faculty, but if I studied in Cambridge, I would go for astrophysics only to have him as a teacher.
Honest, impatient, forthright and real. Kind of miss that nowadays, not much intelligence around and too much ego...thanks for the uplifting memories and for the brutal force you gave the live rock world guys.
"For a change, the money's going to go to the right place". Brian, you made my heart swell with that statement. You're all immensely wealthy, and you've all earned it. So glad you could see the good your talents could do for others. I've come to deeply admire and love Queen.
The Greatest Performance in Rock History! ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ QUEEN was Awesomeness!!!!☆☆☆☆☆ Miss you Freddie, but you're forever in our Rock n Roll hearts♡♡♡♡♡♡
Bass players tend to be the ‘quiet ones’... you got to watch those 😉 Must admit it would have been incredibly devastating to lose such a close friend 😔
I love that they are ; a dentist, an angineer, a physicist, a (graphic?) designer and gave us this great music chosing it over their initial professions...thank you forever..
Freddy went to school of arts which is basically acting, not graphic designing. But yeah, all of them have college degrees which is rare to see in the bands these days
Man it's so strange to see such a massive band being so humble in an interview and so respectful of each other. You know it's not just the massive ego frontman or the lead guitarist everyone comes to the show to see or the one guy they've designated to be the talker, they're just all mates having a good time
My name is Debi........... I'm a SUPERFAN and it's been 17 hours since I've watched my last Queen video......I'm having difficulty breathing, I cannot crack a smile, I'm hearing "I'm going slightly mad" in my head and I'm seeing visions of Freddies mustache........I have a problem! Truly love you Queen!!!!
They're all so young and they talk like it's amazing how they are still at it. Little did they know back then that bands like Queen never go out of style, and they play as long as there is breath in them because they enjoy it and people will always want to hear it.
Queen's performance at Live Aid was, IMHO, the absolute best live performance I've ever seen. I would have given anything to have actually been there rather than just seeing the TV broadcast. I'm so glad to see this background, which I'd never seen before, so thanks. :)
Freddie speaks and the rest are trying not to laugh. Even when hes not saying anything funny. He must have been a very funny guy off camera and just the sound of his voice made his bandmates want to laugh.

I have been a. 'Queen Freak' a. 'Freddie Fanatic' for so long...nothing ever has surprised me about Queen's ability. It's just soooo great to see them get the acclaim that they have ALWAYS deserved!!!
I love how soft spoken Brian is. You can tell how much they love and admire each other just the way they are. It’s crazy how quiet and shy John is too. You’d think being in a band that would not be the case!! God i wish we still had Freddie. I’ve seen many people asking God to take Kanye West and bring back our beautiful, amazing, wonderful and TALENTED Freddie Mercury!!!! (FYI before anyone might get offended because there are a lot of ❄️, i don’t wish Kanye dead i just think he’s talentless and Freddie was amazing and has been missed for almost 30 years.😢)
I was in 11th grade when Freddie passed away, I remember playing "we will rock you" as we entered the opposing schools pool. We kicked their asses that day! I loved Queen then and still do. RIP Mr. Mercury
The word Legends isn't even big enough to place on these four guys mantle. The world will never see a band of their stature again. Greatest British band ever ( IMHO ).
When she asked them if they were gonna have trouble with keeping the crowd as entertained as possible with the limits that wembley sets, I stopped the video, and laughed for a solid 5 minutes, as if the funniest thing in the world had just been stated.

Only the entire world would be enough for Freddie... when he was on stage, he OWNED
"It all comes down to whether you can play or not." Yes.
JOHN IS SO ADORABLE LOOK AT HIM JUST SITTING THERE SMILING AND AGREEING WITH EVERYONE ELSE SO CUTEEE!!!!🥺🥺🥺
"For a change, the money's going to go to the right place". Brian, you made my heart swell with that statement. You're all immensely wealthy, and you've all earned it. So glad you could see the good your talents could do for others. I've come to deeply admire and love Queen.
Freddie's so sweet when he gets impatient with the questions. Like at 3:00 when he said "Ooh you tell her."
I’ve seen the movie twice already and I cannot get enough they did an amazing job
“We’re all gonna try and outdo each other, I guess.” Freddie Mercury. And Queen blew everyone off the stage!
The Greatest Performance in Rock History! ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
QUEEN was Awesomeness!!!!☆☆☆☆☆
Miss you Freddie, but you're forever in our Rock n Roll hearts♡♡♡♡♡♡
Yes is it ...best performance eve out of this world ..amazing ...iconic historic may be a aliens planet have a copy of this performance ..incredible
CARLITOS LAMBERT Queen Rocks!☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
that motormouth Deacon can't keep his trap shut can he? ;-)
+Rob Turner He wasn't even talking.
+Rob Turner yeah it's kinda sad that when Freddie died, John took it so bad that it drove him even further into his shell.
@ iiRachel Dude..........................................................................
Bass players tend to be the ‘quiet ones’... you got to watch those 😉
Must admit it would have been incredibly devastating to lose such a close friend 😔
Whoooosh. Way over your head.
You know it's not just the massive ego frontman or the lead guitarist everyone comes to the show to see or the one guy they've designated to be the talker, they're just all mates having a good time
I ALWAYS LOVE MR. BRIAN MAY.....FOR ME ,HE'S SIMPLY AMAZING.....
I just love all four of them. Beautiful people, wonderful band.
Love this interview-nice to see the band congruent in their thoughts. These are the moments we should cherish.
“We’re just gonna go out there and play” “the moneys gonna go to the right place” god damn they were humble despite so much controversy.
What legends... Freddie is a fkn treasure, so amazing. May is such a good dude.
Queen's performance at Live Aid was, IMHO, the absolute best live performance I've ever seen. I would have given anything to have actually been there rather than just seeing the TV broadcast. I'm so glad to see this background, which I'd never seen before, so thanks. :)
Arielle NaMara second that :'(
At least u saw the broadcast I was born nearly 20 years late :(
I was at Wembley and it was every bit as good as it seemed....and more! xx
Freddie speaks and the rest are trying not to laugh. Even when hes not saying anything funny. He must have been a very funny guy off camera and just the sound of his voice made his bandmates want to laugh.
I fucking love queen best band that was ever created
venmxshadows the movie doesn't do the band justice. It can't. They were that good
Just saw the movie. I will have to go back again, what a band, what a movie. Thank God for Queen!
*deacon just sitting there smiling. he loves them. happy to be there*
They didn't like interviews but they never made anyone feel bad with one word answers
God Freddie was the best
I'll second that 👑🎤💗
I'll third it.
BOX.inc I'll fifth that
I'll sixth that.
I shall seventh that
This has to be the most incredible biopic I've ever seen. Fabulous casting, acting and truly memorable and timeless music. Moved me to tears and had ridiculous goosebumps 👍👌 Amazing xx
I'm here after i watched the movie Bohemian Rhapsody. They are all amazing musician & oh!freddie were indeed a legend.Their songs will never dies.Rami Malic is an amazing actor,He gave justice to the role👍👍👍.Amazing Amazing🔥🔥🔥
all of a sudden im into Queen again after watching the movie last week, we have been blazing ALL Queen music in the house. what a legendary band! But what a humble bunch of lads after watching this interview. BRAVO!
Oh Freddie and Queen, you guys were the best act of the entire day and I was there!!!
I have been a. 'Queen Freak' a. 'Freddie Fanatic' for so long...nothing ever has surprised me about Queen's ability. It's just soooo great to see them get the acclaim that they have ALWAYS deserved!!!
F*#king Legends! Freddie didn’t die, he just went home.
the only thing I can say is I LOVE YOU guys you brought alot of happiness into my life ,,,forever and ever QUEEN
(FYI before anyone might get offended because there are a lot of ❄️, i don’t wish Kanye dead i just think he’s talentless and Freddie was amazing and has been missed for almost 30 years.😢)
word.
Roger “We should play songs that people from Turkey will recognize” And they did :)) My mom and dad wathced the show live knowing every song
I was in 11th grade when Freddie passed away, I remember playing "we will rock you" as we entered the opposing schools pool. We kicked their asses that day! I loved Queen then and still do. RIP Mr. Mercury
cristina alvarez Me and my friends played “The Show Must Go On” when we heard Freddie had died.
Needless to say Queen absolutely KILLED it!!!!! Freddie Mercury... a one of a kind performer.
I really like this interview. They're all so informal and seems to getting along very well.
John just kept grinning, I love it!!!
I’d have to agree with John, he made some very good points
I just watched Bohemian Rhapsody and the actor who played Brian May was spot on!
He looked more like Brian May than Brian May does
gwilym lee
The word Legends isn't even big enough to place on these four guys mantle. The world will never see a band of their stature again. Greatest British band ever ( IMHO ).
These guys were pure teamwork, all world class buggers, miss u Freddie
When she asked them if they were gonna have trouble with keeping the crowd as entertained as possible with the limits that wembley sets, I stopped the video, and laughed for a solid 5 minutes, as if the funniest thing in the world had just been stated.
Guys I am watching this because I have just seen the movie. Great job back that time & great job for the replica in 2018
I love this interview, Queen are so well spoken and have a tremendous SOH, a truly awesome Rock Band
Best part of queen was that they were united.
4 souls in one body.
Queen.
Freddie’s voice is so unique!
❤ QUEEN were the draw card... oh miss u Freddie what a showman🌟
Brian n Roger thankyou for continuing giving us so much fabulous musicians
n human beings love 👍🌅😍
I love the way Freddie answered her question: "It's a bit of both..."
This brought them back together and boy did they deliver
GOOD DAY 🐨 MATESOne of the Best Live Performances of any Band any time For Sure. BOHEMIAN RHAPSODY was A Masterpiece. Going Back and Watching the Actual Live Proformance inside WIMBLY STADIUM Was Epic. Its the Stuff of Legends!
“You want to give something special”. Yes, Brian, yes you did give something special and made history! These four humble guys who to them “just make music” made history, touched everyone’s hearts, and if you weren’t a Queen fan before after that moment you were! Something special did happen!
