She claimed that they were in their late 60s and early 70s only to promote a movie about Queen & they were never ever as good as Freddie Mercury and since Fred is gone, that Brian and Roger were trying to promote themselves in something more. Really?? Sharon Osbourne is great for her love for Freddie Mercury but goodness gracious.. what she said about Brian and Roger is awful and this movie has been in the making for like 17 years or so. They started talking about it in 2010 or 2011 and it was not done until 2017 to 2018. It took a long time to get the film right and in accordance to the way Brian, Roger and John wanted it. This is Freddie Mercury’s Legacy as well as theirs thus far. I’m glad that Rami Malek played the part is Freddie Mercury!! I had no idea that he was that talented when I originally saw him on the night of the museum two 😂😂 Rami was so humble and gave it to hundred percent to portray Freddie Mercury to the best of his ability. Ben, Gwenlyn & Joe all did a fabulous job acting as the members of Queen. It’s a touching movie and I will watch it again and again without getting sick of it because I love the music! It’s funny as can be I cannot quit laughing at Freddie, portrayed by Rami Malek, & Ben Hardy, Who plays the part of Roger Taylor. That angry lizard comment made by Brian May, Gwenlyn, in the movie cracks me up every time. It’s fabulous and yet it has a sadness to it. AIDS was a death sentence back then and it wasn’t until they came out with much better treatment in the 90s and millennium to enable people to live a normal life time even if they did have to take a handful of medication every day
John Deacon never disappoints to make me smile. I love him so much. Of course I love the others too but there's something special about John that melts my heart.
I think it's his shy quietness. He's gentle and fragile but sarcastic and funny at the same time. Hearing that he crumbled, retired from public life and cut off all social contact after Freddie died is heartbreaking.
Freddie lived life to the fullest. I believe he is so loved because he was able to express his truth--something many of us have problems doing. He encouraged us to be our authentic selves. You were God sent and I thank you for inspiring me like no other.

Magic was ‘my’ Queen album. I was fully into music by then, aged 14 and I utterly lived and breathed that album. It came off the back of ‘that’ Live Aid performance. The whole Highlander thing fitted in so well. And I loved the album Artwork. It’s not my favourite album anymore but it’s definitely the album I got immersed into the most. Brilliant.
Brian may is so sweet and intelligent I really admire his guitar solos. Of course the band was a whole is terrific. My grandson knows the words to almost all their songs. He is 12.

I am 71, about Brian’s age, and totally wrapped up in the genius of Queen songs. Yes, I miss Freddie, though his spirit hovers. Roger and Brian with Adam are doing well at continuing the Queen magic. The Queen sound raises my spirits on gloomy days.

I love how he said "Queen's life." it makes me think that what they started will continue even without him. That Queen is used as a vehicle to bring their ideas to life and he would want that to continue even if he is not apart of the creative process directly. Usually, I believe once many members or pronounced members (like vocalists or lyricists) leave the band than the band can never stay the same. They have to change and I prefer the bands to change the name since the band is going through such a huge change dynamically. That band can't be what it once was with Mercery but it is still made of amazing musicians that have reached high creative levels

Prince was good and even the Bee Gees and Barry Manilow as Singer was good but nobody nobody nobody came close to Freddie Mercury. Love love QUEEN!! Freddie Mercury is by far the best front man and male Vocalist ever. Prince was good and even the Bee Gees and Barry Manilow as Singer was good but nobody nobody nobody came close to Freddie Mercury. Brian Roger and John along with Freddy are the only band to have each member write a top 10 song. That’s why they are all in the writers’ rock ‘n’ roll hall of fame!!
