Anyone think REN has a film score in him? Just majestic. The pacing of the piece takes you through all the emotions. The filming just adds to it.

I'm glad i can split between art and artist, because the mere mention of ALW as a person makes my skin crawl. What a prick. His work is great, don't get me wrong, but man he is not who i thought he was. growing up. But i love his work so much.

@thanossnap4170 I'm not a fan of his and honestly don't know much about him. I just know he is a Ren fan so I mentioned it. My point was this piece literally sounds like something at the end of an Oscar winning drama like Kramer vs Kramer or a Broadway play. :)

I just can't believe someone who sings and writes as well as Ren can put out a straight piano piece that I have probably listened to 20 times today and bought the download. Lol. I always thought of Ren as an amazing singer/songwriter, rapper, artist, musician, performer and phenomenal human being. But this is the first time I have actually thought of him as a composer, a legitimate composer. I can see him doing soundtracks and those soundtracks would sell because Ren knows how to pull you into his soul and make you feel every emotion he has. He's a genius!!!!
I’m amazed you weren’t stunned by tye composition of MG3, it’s utter genius both for the piano and the strings section. The writing was on the wall then for his ability to score a film.
@@supertuscans9512 the starting piano composition on MG3 is a classic composition. But personally I've been very impressed by his compositions. Just pointing out that that particular part isn't actually his, not all of it anyway.

In the chat before the premiere, Ren asked us to comment the names of the loved ones we’ve lost. It was beautiful to see all the names and stories of the souls spoken out into the universe. The love and sharing is amazing. Truly breathtaking. ❤

@@smilie-pm9gb He got sick while going to school and had to drop out, he wasn't even there that long, he was a long way from completion. He was not classically trained. His form gets criticised from the classical trained musicians about his untrained form. I have seen hundreds of bts videos and he taught himself even after failed lessons from home.

@@teradrew7555 I saw some videos of him in his youth on IG and he was dancing decent, especially while attached to some of the females in the room. But he can't put together an ikea(comes with many parts) desk/shelf. To many left over parts. 😊

Btw this is the 3th time today I hear this piece. Ren is a beautifull old soul in a young body who has experienced way to much in life and the only way he can express that is true his music. And it hits HARD’!

The Badlands, in drumheller, alberta, about an hour from calgary. Such a beautiful area to explore, and a gorgeous and almost haunting place that fits so well with this stunning tribute by Ren.
Sam and Ren filmed this in The Badlands, about an hour from here in Drumheller, Alberta I think the area in Colorado are called Badlands as well. This area is known as the dinosaur capital of the world. The site is so haunting (but amazing to hike around), just a gorgeous location for this wonderful tribute by Ren

It says in the description that this was filmed by Sam. I think they shot it about a year ago when Sam was out in Calgary visiting Ren. As others have said it’s filmed at Badlands in Alberta.

When you listen to Ren, I think he has the ability to put his feelings/soul and give some to each and every one of us. I am a old dude and his music hit me like none I have heard ! And I have heard and seen more then most. Without being in the music industry.

This was shot June last year. Within the last 3-6 months he looks so much healthier. He is putting on weight. I have been on his patreon checking out the weight lifting clips, the the weight is going right to his muscles. 😊

Music is language to our souls so it is easy to see why it makes one emotional just listening to the notes, the rythym, the urgency, the crying out we hear. Our bodies run on electrical connecions and vibrations, that is why music affects us so. I was singing words along with the music in my mond too.
