    This is fantastic. I have terrible wrists... as in loose ligaments and can't bear much weight. This modification is great for me and I feel like I can still keep going. Thank you!

    Thank you for this. Today a very friendly guy came to our Shala to consider practicing. After a short chat, I noticed that, in fact, he did not casually have a hand in his pocket; he has no use in his right arm, yet I so much want to share the practice with him (having practiced next to an amputee who completed first series on one leg). This video has really helped. Again, thanks. Now I know I can.🙏🏽✨

    Thanks ,good to see your way of doing the surya namaskar,was wondering how to do the surya namaskar ,having a right shoulder dislocation problem

      This is awesome to read! Thank you! Please take care of the shoulder during the rehabilitation. When it's ready, work on strengthening the Lats and Rhomboid muscles to prevent injuries in the future.

    Hello, I just discovered your channel! I have been watching your videos in order and have enjoyed the content so far. This modified sequence is awesome and will tuck it away in my library should I or someone I practice with ever has a shoulder issue.

      Awesome! I get a lot of students who come to me with shoulder injuries from repeated stress injuries from their practice but who still want to practice. This is what I have them work on while diving deeper into what caused the injuries.
