P.S. I know there are other reputable online custom suit companies such as suitsupply, black lapel, and oliver wicks, and I might be interested in reviewing others down the road. But for now, I am more than pleased with my Indochino suit!

Not sure if you went to a store to get fitted or you uploaded your measurements yourself but that suit doesn't fit you well at all

Ended up returning it back to indochino and they sent me a new suit with better measurements. I just left for out of town so I haven’t had a change to make sure it fits me properly.
@@TheUpswingReport I just seen the follow up video. Is indochino also remaking the jacket also with updated measurements? I only ask because from what it looks like from the video the upper sleeves (biceps) is to wide. Also it seems that back of the jacket is also a little large as the fabric seems to be rolling. I own a few suits from indochino and you really gotta keep on top of them as they almost always require tailoring. I have had to get two jackets remade and one or two tailor visits.
Hey Dennis - yes, I shipped both the pants and the jacket back. They've reshipped both and I might have to have them redo the pants again. I am waiting to hear back from them about it. Overall, I've experienced some quality customer service from them. However, at the end of the day, the final product is what matters. I think it'll end up well...especially if they can get the pants right (my tailor said the front rise is too long - this is due to the 'U' measurement they have us do).
I have a few Indochino suits and am a big fan. I’ve never paid more than $379 and have actually got one for $279. I live in NYC so I got measured at the showroom which I strongly recommend. If there is a fit issue just go back to the store and they will alter it there, if it’s something that can’t be altered or if they messed up on your customization they will cut a new jacket or pant for you. The only negatives I have found was limited colors, button choices and no option for bemberg lining. Also, you can’t get more than one pleat on your pants. Not as good as bespoke but much better than OTR. I actually just ordered another suit.
Nice! Yeah that would definitely be helpful to visit the showroom. Unfortunately, they don't have one in Michigan where I'm from.
Have you ordered a suit from any other online custom suit companies? Or just Indochino?
The Upswing Report I use MySuit, Custommen and Alan DavidCustom. All NY based. You can order online for the first two but need to come in to be measured. They are a little more money than Indochino but have better quality fabrics, linings and buttons. Of the two MySuit had better tailoring although you can get cloth like Zegna and Piana at the other. Alan David is true Bespoke and will cost you at least $1200 but worth every penny. To go back to your question, the only true internet suit maker I have ordered from is Indochino which I do like for the money. I have heard very good things about Oliver Wick and Black Lapel both of which is double the price of Indochino but they use big name fabrics, real horn buttons and Bemberg lining. I’ll probably try Oliver Wicks next as Vitale Barberis Canonico fabric on Super 110’s for $550. They do bang yiu $25 for Bemberg(well worth it) and $110 if you want full canvas(standard is 1/2 canvas which is OK). Still a good deal. They also seem to be running a 15% off sale if you buy 2. I’m going to take a look tonight.

Right on, Indochino comes in clutch with sending updates though. I should probably do an update with my finalized suit. It looks extremely nice.

How much was your final cost?
So Indochino reimburses you up to $75 (I believe that's the number) of customizations at a tailor. The initial cost, however, of the suit was around $300.
