    Hey, love the bright colors. What medium is best for dyeing G Star plastics.

      I'd try a glue bed. Just make sure the disc is white or as white as you can find. It will help with the vibrant colors.

    Have you ever dropped a disc you were spinning into the bed? 😂 Every time I see it I think "oh shit! Don't drop it!"

      Hahahaha. I haven't yet...it will happen though. I'll be sure to make a video of it when it happens though. Haha. I've gotten really lucky so far.

    Man, you do such beautiful work! I’ve got a clear cryztal flx zone that I’m trying to dye, but I’ve got no idea how to effectively go about the process to get the brightest colors possible. Do you have any tips?

      Awesome, thanks man.
      Clear discs are very hard to get vibrant colors out of. You need heat from either the top, a heat lamp, or the bottom from a seeding mat. But to be honest, clear discs are just really hard to get vibrant. I'd start with a white premium. Sorry I couldn't help too much.

    Why do u shine black light flashlight at it like twice? Activate colors or something???

    • @SargsHappyLittleDiscs
      @SargsHappyLittleDiscs  3 роки тому

      It's just to see where the UV colors are and how they are shining. Nothing to do with any activation of the colors or anything, just for me to check things out.

    Another Awesome Dye Job! 😎How long do you let it set in the bed?

  • @mazarmi

    Sicc AF as always.. I assume overhead heat? If so how long does it set for?

    • @SargsHappyLittleDiscs
      @SargsHappyLittleDiscs  3 роки тому +1

      Thanks man. I appreciate it. It was actually heat from the bottom with a seeding mat.

    Another nice one! Do you use heat at all or just time?
