Nizoral is great if you don’t have allergies or sensitive skin. If you do, dandruff shampoo from the brand Jason also does the trick; it has sulfur in it and it’s the one I use a few times a month with apple cider vinegar rinses to keep my scalp healthh
Literally just bought both of these today!! Just the Cetaphil 2.5% BP instead. My hair and face feel so clean! Dealing w PP hair loss right now and it’s awful. Wish me luck.
I have a prescription for shampoo like that! The ingredient that starts with a K is actually an anti-fungal! My derm told me dandruff is caused by fungal overgrowth. Who knew?! I can’t wait for science to catch up on all this microbiome stuff we’re just cracking the surface on 😍
Nizoral made my hair grow really fast. It also made my hair less straight and more wavy. I love it.
