I’ve lived in San Diego all my life & currently apartment hunting- prices are wayyy higher& definitely nothing close to those prices less than a yr ago😭 even in less nicer areas or old complexes they are sky rocketing
Omg I am nervous now because I am planning to move to San Diego from Philadelphia. I am from Baja California Sur , México . So San Diego would be really close to my hometown.
hiiii, I'm from the youtube group chat on insta and I have been meaning to watch your videos! I loved how u vlogged ur experience and opinions! It's crazy how pricey just the parking is in the area! woww I am also v excited for you and your new apartment!!
I am looking to move what app or sites did you use to search your apartments because I am looking to move to San Diego within the next 3 months . glad you love your apartment .
@@AlisonThazin did you move? im looking to move as well and need so much info!!! I feel so overwhelmed!!!!!!!

Apartment hunting is so fun but kinda a headache sometimes. When I was looking for a place I also needed hardwood floors and good lighting. I ended up with ok lighting 😅 My fav was the last place! 🥰 Which one did you end up choosing?
It seems really nice! I’m excited for it! And yea because the parking for tht place is specifically in downtown sd, it’s so expensive! Normally it’d be 50-75 dollars! The extra 220 really got me! 🥲 Thanks for watching btw! 💕
Please upload daily life at US.After you leaving Myanmar, the things that you faced, what's changes, how about tax. I wanna go US by working and studying. And also explain about green card please. Thanks
I’m still living at the spot but i’m moving in a few months. I have to say, the management is not good like it used to. They don’t fix the gates, mailroom door quickly, or equipments at the gym (one have been broken for around 3 weeks), and they make you pay extra for trash butler but they don’t even come on schedule 🥲 the place itself is nice tho
Oh no!!! I know she said we couldn’t opt out of the valet trash but how close is the trash on the first floor? Hmmmmm, so we’re gonna be where our balcony faces the second courtyard. They don’t answer the phone much or I’d ask them.😂 So, like….Walk in from the parking garage and our unit is super close to there.
@@VibeWithGiGi it’s literally so stupid haha. They couldn’t take out the trash in the trash room in time so it kept overflowing so they made us do it. Trash floor is there for every floor and it should be close to your room.
Bringing from my home would be too much of a hassle (not to mention it is IMPOSSIBLE) haha. So I just buy everything here in America. I'm slowly saving up my money to buy more!
@@AlisonThazin Oh I see .By the way, I'm just 13 and I'm really want to college in America. My parents are not rich too.So I wanna say you are my idol. And I promise I will do my best for my dream.(๑˙❥˙๑)

Tbh, a lot of the places are getting more expensive these day. Stay away from little italy, la jolla, point loma. But try looking into golden hill, mission valley?
I'm afraid I can't let you know the last apartment name because I moved there. Please don't take it to heart as it is for privacy purposes. Thanks for understanding! 😄
Oo I'd say, make a list of all the places you want to tour and clear your schedule for 1-2 days. Preparation is key! Renting in winter is cheaper than summer/fall.

Would you be able to share the names of the apartments!? I’m looking at apartments and interested in the ones you posted!
Hi Ashely, I can share all the name of the apartments except the last one
560th sub :)))
Thanks for subscribing!
the 220 in the downtown is got me too and too small and too many homeless around and smelly area but modern building ^__^
I would def avoid the downtown at all costs if you want to feel safe in your home haha. It looks nice but it's not as safe :(
can you reveal the names of the ones you dont pick?
If you dm me on instagram i’ll let you know! I’m not comfortable sharing it out in public! 💕

It's called casa mira view! Best of luck girl!
Do you buy furniture at American or you bring from your home?

What was unit 3? I’m looking for a two bed two bath.
Promenade Rio Vista I think in Mission Valley. I might have spelled wrong though
Hi, I am moving to San Diego this year. What are some nice- affordable areas to live in?
Tbh, a lot of the places are getting more expensive these day. Stay away from little italy, la jolla, point loma. But try looking into golden hill, mission valley?
Nice vid! But omg so expensive!!!
It really is! I feel like living in California is just so expensive in general T-T RIP
Can you tell me the very last apartment name please 😄😅
I'm afraid I can't let you know the last apartment name because I moved there. Please don't take it to heart as it is for privacy purposes. Thanks for understanding! 😄
@@AlisonThazin that's fine
I assume the apt #1 is Casa Mira, I almost pick it too but the carpet is just turned me off. Also, I read the review says it's too much noise.
Carpets turn me off too especially since I have a pet. Plus I feel like you get more of your deposit taken out if you live at a place with carpets.
Which one did you pick!? 😃
The very last one in grantville! 😆
my god almost $3000 for a one bed in mira mesa! times have changed since i lived in MM growing up! can you say what building the downtown one was?
I think the downtown apt was called The Rey. Wow how much did you paid for rent when you lived in MM?
The second one looks familiar lol is it in the hills?
It actually is not!! Haha
Can I please have the name of the first 3 apartments please!
Hey girl. (1) Casa Mira View, (2) Promenado Rio Vista and for the 3rd one I genuinely don't remember but I know it's in the East Village area.
Thank you ❤
I’m looking for a room for rent it’s annoying lol 😂 any tips?
