Semper fi , just recently found your channel and have been enjoying your videos, just wanted to point out that there was a boot camp for the navy in Orlando back in the day from 1968-1994 in case anyone was wondering
Not sure when you were in, but now they highly encourage us to keep the CAC on us at all times. 1) Just in case you need to come in for whatever reason. 2) that’s how you’re supposed to get discounts (stores are supposed to ask to see it) 3) whenever you’re wearing any uniform, the CAC is considered a required uniform item.
The Seal is legit he did serve his real name and rank is captain crunch. He earned the silver spoon with nugget clusters for defending post rasin bran the award was presented by general mills. His only problem is he's trying to milk it.
Would there be so many of these fools if wearing the uniforms legally earned them a roasting from one of the militaries many friendly drill instructors. Or if a bad war breakes out draft them and make them walk the walk.
I support veterans and I don't collect I give to charity for veterans who needs help with their PTSD and what ever they need it's my way of saying thank you for your service and keeping us safe 🙏
A former friend used to say he was Special Forces in Vietnam. I believed him for awhile. When we were playing Golf, I mentioned that I got my DD214 with my Honorable Discharge. He asked, "What's a DD214?" At that moment I knew he had been lying. We're not friends anymore.
Why are you not friends? Did that offend you? Why aren’t you offended by the fact that there’s homeless veterans we are the only country or the biggest most powerless country in the face of the planet and we have homeless hungry veterans? Why aren’t you offended by that, rather than some wacko walking around, claiming he was something hell we got guys running around, chopping their dicks off, saying their women nobody said anything about that.
@216blockparty you can be upset about more than one thing at a time. He shouldn't have to list everything in the world that's offended him in his life just to be able to convey a person he considered a friend actually lying to him being an upsetting behavior in his eyes.
9 outta 10 times you can EASILY tell if someone is a "village idiot" or real. A real military person will usually never ask for or demand respect, thanks, or money.
true.. combat vets dont talk about it cause they dont wanna remember it. rwgular vets like me dont talk about it cause we didnt do jack.... just did our 6 or so years and got out.
I agree. I am a veteran and I let someone paid for my lunch. Never again! From now on, I tell anyone that wants to buy me something not to and donate it to a charity.
I don’t mind getting a 10% discount at Lowes, however I will not ask for money. However I am Service connected with the VA. Although I was not in declared combat, I was actually in combat. I don’t usually talk about my PTSD short of I was the lone survivor in a military incident as well as having been in a CH 53 helicopter crash. This is currently hard to talk about since I am trying hold back tears and trying not to recall such incidents. I do have fond memories of providing medical care to Vietnamese refugees. In the military I saw plenty of deaths and had assisted in grave’s registration. I have seen plenty of people who claimed to be Veterans. At a school assembly, at my son’s camp fire, a parent on stage was introduced as a Vietnam War Veteran. In his story he told everyone that after they got back from their hike they would sit at the camp fire and tell ghost stories while eating their MRE’s and having taking off their body armor and Kevlar helmets. Of course during that time we had the “steel pot” metal helmet with a helmet liner. We had flak jackets and we ate C-rations (MREs did not exist in the early to mid 1970’s. We would go on patrols, not hikes. I do not recall any camp fires, especially when tactical (it would be a dead giveaway to your location for the enemy). Even a lit cigarette, which a pack of 3 in each C ration meal. Of course I preferred the small pack of Chickletts gum. And yes I was a guy with a NEC 8404, a Hospital Corpsman in the field with Marines. I met one guy who claimed he was a Huey pilot. I ask him if he ever flew a UH 1 to which he said he only flew Huey’s. I then asked him if he ever had problems with the cyclic, which he had no idea what I was talking about. Another man in front of a market had a table set up, an empty M-16 ammo box, asking for donations. He claimed he was a Vietnam US Army veteran. I asked if he was I Corp or II Corp, he had no idea what I was talking about, so I asked if he had been in Saigon or Da Nang while in Vietnam. He had no idea what I was talking about. He seemed young for a Vietnam veteran. His medals he displayed seemed wrong and a WWII medal did not fit in with the other medals he had said were awarded to him. I never confronted these veterans in regards to “stolen valor”. I was pretty sure the father at the school assembly was just trying to be a hero in his sons eye. The military was a mixed bag where there were good times mixed with some horribly bad times. I always loved the comradely between the each other while in the service.
9 out of 10 times? LOL Where did you get your numbers from, you got some way to prove them numbers? I have met plenty of people proud of their service, who will pull the vet card! i frequently see vets who wear hats saying what branch, or war they served in! please dont speak for all people!
NEC 8404 has been changed to HM L03A. This can be googled and is also in Wikipedia. I’m quite a bit different than I use to be. I served with 1st BN, 3rd MAR in Kaneohe, HI, later I served aboard the USS Kansas City (AOR 3). MOS are used by USMC and Army (such as 11 Bravo). I’m not sure if MOS designations have changed since 1983 when I left the USN-R.
I was a Lance Sergeant 2nd Class in the Air Force. My first job was a door gunner on a submarine. I was captured on a SEAL reconnaissance mission during the invasion of Grenada and escaped my captors after I made a MRE bomb and blasted a hole through my cell. I swam underwater for 5 klicks to a destroyer that was sitting off shore bombarding the island with bunker buster bombs. I was meritoriously awarded the rank of Lt. Admiral for my heroics. My pension is only like 8k a month though. Seems a little low.
Since leaving the military 25 years ago, I just moved on with my life. I feel uncomfortable talking to people about it. I only get into the life with a fellow infantry soldiers. Times have changed this generation is far different from mine. I guess I am outdated. It takes a Team to get the mission done. Thanks Marine. Respect👍🍺🍺
I had a girl say her 3* general dad was going to drone strike my house because I said she was fat after she started trying to degrade me for no reason. I love outlandish liars.
I hate, "Stolen Valor". I met up with a guy in a package store last week. He was probably old enough to have served in Vietnam. There was NO question in my mind that he was the real deal. I noticed that this guy was NOT the guy that I would arm wrestle. No insignias but, he had kept up his physique. He reluctantly told when & where here he served. I asked him if he knew another Marine named Norman_______ . He came back with the last name in a nanosecond. It was at this point that I heard a clank when his leg hit the counter. The guy had lost his left leg at the knee. Spoke to my cousin's husband & he remembered the guy. 100% Marine ! They are now in contact with each other.
They got no decency. I'm from a military family, the stories are short and no bragging. 1 great-uncle of mine was chief personel for the dutch army 2 of my great-uncles were in the dutch army and my mother's boyfriends father "I don't call him grandpa" was sergeant major for the dutch army. Most of them fought in the dutch indies and they never talked about it. I also know plenty of people that served. And their behavior is that of silence mostly. They got to do things that are unimaginable and have sadly had to leave people behind. Then these fools walk around with buckets and act like morons as if they earned it.
Ya pretty bad. Never served myself but have family did in past. Don’t think could really live with myself if used my granddads, or cousins service as some kind of bargaining chip to prop myself up. Proud of my family members served and history there, but it ain’t my history and it’s not my honour to use, that’s earned on an individual level not inherited imo.
Hey I know that guy! We did basic together at Fort Bath Salts in Florida. Then we both went on to the Marine Force Recon Sniper Special Forces Seal School in Milwaukee...that was a tough 3 weeks but then again we’re special!
I don’t even bother... you’ll be getting into arguments everyday if you confronted all the fakers. Plus some people are simply at their lowest in life to need to do something like this... I pity them.
This is a slap in the face to my grandfather Tech Sgt. Andrew Carter who served in the 182 Bomber Group (USAAF) 1942. He was a POW and worked with the underground until the end of the war.
I am an Uruk-Hai veteran who participated at the Battle of Amon Hen under Captain Lurtz. A mean bastard with a bow, but a nice fellow once you got to know him, bless his black soul.
5:18 actually in the Navy when we roll our sleeves they have to be rolled 2 inches above the elbow and the cuff of the sleeve has to cover the inside layer so the outside all “matches”
I was part a 4 man civilian crew that went to Kuwait in the spring of 1991 to install some communications systems. We were told to get some BDUs at a surplus store and to wear them to get through Kuwaiti checkpoints. Funny thing Is I met some Georgia NG over there and they were wondering where I got desert camo as they couldn’t get it. I served but didn’t wear BDUs and it was 50 years ago. I lost my inactive reserve ID right after I got off active duty in 1975 and never sought to replace it. I also have never been to the VA. I went in less than 2 years before the draft ended.
As a vet myself, I think the worse kind of stolen valor comes from actual vets who lie about their own service and embellish their record and accolades
Your an inspiration to me James. I want to be a Marine myself and I feel kinda mad at these people because they don’t understand the pain and hard work of people who ACTUALLY WENT into combat. I hope your doin ok with the virus in Florida. Semper Fi and I hope to be like you one day.
WAAAAAY back when, My father joined the Army at 16 in 1940. He was a depression era kid. He told me it was the best job he ever had ( at the time). Three squares a day and 35 cents! Fought in the Pacific during WWII and then went back to school after the war. Finished HS and then got a Bachelors degree. Then became a Navy fighter pilot during Korea, test pilot, then E2 squadron commander during VN. Served almost 30 years and retired as a Navy Commander. Pisses me off when these fake guys are out there.
It sure sucks, but for your own peace of mind just remember that these fakers faking doesn't actually take anything away from your father. All of what he did still stands and still speaks for itself. It's disrespectful in an almost indescribably awful kind of way, but your father being an ACTUAL role model and source of inspiration is what truly matters.
No one has ever asked to see my VA card but if they did I would say: "You have two choices, you can see my VA card and get punched in the face, or you can STFU and go away and leave me alone."
@@Archer89201 Hmpf, that's nothing, i've been a god damn ODST for the UNSC, i dropped feet first into hell buddy. I even became a Spartan II and then a Spartan III.
I joined the Army in 1968 at the young age of 17 but had to have my parents consent! I was active duty from 1968 to 1971 and inactive reserve from 1971 to 1974...that's when I received my actual honorable discharge..I don't have a VA card because I never use the VA. I don't carry my DD214 either but, i once belonged to the VFW and my card had expired! I went to a VFW club and showed them my expired card...they tried to accuse me of stolen valor even after I told them what I just stated...just a caution that not everyone is a fake Veteran even if they don't carry credentials!
That second story about the college kid reminded me of some University of Washington lore from when I was an undergrad. Apparently it used to be tradition for upper class men to force freshmen to wear beanies and throw them in Drumheller Fountain. After WWII, a couple of vets who were freshmen attending on the GI bill were confronted by a group of upper classmen who tried to force them to wear the beanies. Mind you, these guys had served in combat in Europe and the story goes, both had families and came from a blue collar background. So they weren’t inclined to obey the orders of kids younger than they were. A fight ensued, and the upper classmen were thrown into the fountain. Since then the beanie rule was never enforced on campus.
Aside from my copy of DD214. There is another copy on file with the county courthouse. Needed it for my personalized license plates for my car. Reduces the cost of my yearly registration.
“Alright so what’s your MOS?” “Uh I’m actually in the navy but they put me through seal training and because I was so tough they put me through rasp so I’m actually a navy ranger seal “
Back in the 70's I was a Space Cadet then I graduated to Starship trooper . I fought in the Bug wars on Cladeau and received the purple haired cross for valour 🎖️
@@richcomstock6910 I agree mostly...I mean he told the guy what he needed to and to get out and start having a hissy fit is just sad...call the cops if it bothers you that much
Though not a vet myself I'm related to a lot of them. My uncle, a Marine Gunnery Sgt., was killed in the early days of Vietnam. One of my earliest memories is my mother screaming when she got the phone call. Stiil have his picture on my mantel, look at him every day. My godfather served in the 442nd, the Japanese American Nisei outfit that fought in Euope on WWII. Like many vets I know he never talked about it, except he wouldn't let his kids or my siblings and me watch any violence on TV. His oldest son and I only discovered his medals by accident when we were teenagers. My father and my uncle almost never talked about their wars, even though, being Irish, we have a tradition of serving in the British and American militaries going back at least several centuries. In fact, it's how my ancestors first got to America, serving in the US Army. I've worked with many American, Vietnamese, Korean and Phillipino veterans. None of them talked about it until I had known them for a long time. None wore any uniforms, decoration or medals around. One friend of mine was in the predecessor group to the SEAL's in the mid 1960's Vietnam War. I think I was one of only two people at work that knew this. Anybody walking around strutting in a uniform, except on active duty, makes me suspicious. Anyone running around with a sign or placard saying I'm a vet, help me, ditto. Anyone who casually puts it on a Twitter account or some other type of garbage ditto. They all remind me of "LIEUTENANT COLONEL" Vindman at the impeachment hearings. If you have a legitimate reason to list your veteran status, then you should proudly do so. One of my neighbors has a 442nd liscense plate holder on his car so people don't forget that men whose families were thrown into internment camps were stiil proud to have defended our country. Sorry for running on, but stolen valor pisses me off. It reminds me of the graves of my family's war dead and those who were crippled by wounds.
He's a different kinda seal, the kind that claps its flippers and goes ARF ARF ARF! He may be deluded but that's not stolen valour, that's just his kink.
"im not begging, they can give if they want" manipulate civilians to donate money to them by psychology is begging for money. easy to turn but manipulate for money is illegal (in sweden) and i hope it is in us aswell. maybe not at the same kind of consequences but still
@@JamesonsTravels haha yeah for sure. luckily we dont have stolen valors here in sweden since that is what we have best look at in sweden and also the only since sweden is fucked right away. swear the amount of stolen valors in usa is more than swedens whole military and im not overreacting
What bothers me is who are these guys begging for money? Proud Boys? Oath Keepers? Nazi or Klan members? Wearing the US Military uniform to support any of those or other domestic terrorist groups goes beyond Stolen Valor.
@@chicanodudeoutdoors538 Lucky you! If you suddenly woke up there you'd think you died and went to hillbilly hell. The up side is that there's plenty of vacant houses to do meth with prostitutes in!
Ah, I'm not alone. Nothing better than to get out of uniform at the end of a working day. Even wearing army socks to the pub would get lots of scorn and laughs.
I live in Central Florida and hate it. Assholes, morons, and mentally ill people around every friggin corner. Genuinely good people are few and far between here.
@@JamesonsTravels true, I lived in FL from 2000 to 2020. I'm also a US Army veteran. 🎗. Florida has a ⭐ & veteran status for honorable discharge veteran, class E drivers licenses. ✅
"NO! I said I was a Navy SEALer! I make sandwiches for their missions and seal them in ziplocks so they dont get wet." "They still give tridents for that."
I had some young smart ass supposed Army guy question me once while I was out and about with my Retired Veteran hat on. He asked me about my service, after I looked him over said I retired from US. Coast Guard. He said that didn't count (had to hold my pissed off disgust so not to knock the carp out of him), anyway I just basically tried to ignor him and move on, then the dumb SOB asked me for my VA card, I said I do not have one and do not use the VA, he asked me for a Veteran card, told him I did not have one, finally after enough of his BS, I showed him my Blue Retired Card (DD Form 2). Not only that even showed him my DBIS card since I still work for our Government. His friend gave the wide eye look like Bro you screwed up. I then asked him for his ID and his command, which low and behold he didn't have nor came with the info requested. I hate stolen valor, but their is also a few of the people out there pushing the issue when they themselves are questionable and at times FOS and being truly disrespectful to veterans themselve.
my cousin (didnt serve) and myself (veteran army) were walking around in BDU bottoms at a truck stop. some guy started started talking to us, but by the end it was more like he was grilling us. stranger- what branch were you in? me-army. stranger- did you get deployed? me-yes, twice to iraq. stranger-where is your VA card? me-i dont have one. stranger-why not? me-because i dont give a shit about the army stranger-thank you for your service
Spencer PhilippineDream my wife’s brother is the same he served and he don’t give a fuck about it anymore no flag no talking about it he never went who cares be true and keep it to your self don’t be petty
@George Williams Around here, no one would give a second thought at anyone wearing BDUs (at least some of the older styles). They would probably think you are going hunting, or fishing, or hiking, or whatever around here.
@Vee Cee I guess you are easily impressed, good for you. As far as the rest I do work for the Government as a consultant under my own company and it has done me and the family very well thank you.
I will admit I used to wear a full BDU to school, hat included. I was busted by someone who was really in the military and he ripped me a new one. I never claimed to be in the military but he saved my ass from doing something stupid like that again. I learned my lesson bad and I am deeply sorry to those out there who do/have had served, I am deeply ashamed of having done so.
My dad told me my uncle, dad's brother, almost got his ass beat wearing a Vietnam Veteran ball cap into a bar. Some guy next to my uncle asked where he served and my uncle had never even been in military at all. He never wore the hat after that.
It’s not something I’m proud of, but I’m a recovering addict. Had 3 back surgeries before I got a med board & got hopelessly hooked on pain meds. I’m saying this because the draft guy at the end hit me like a pill addict. The look in his eyes, the way he was a bad liar, that’s just the vibe I got listening to him.
Draft kid makes me think of the scene from "Stripes": "I figured I'd enlist before they drafted me." "Uhh, son, you know there's no draft, right?" And at one point, there was a Naval basic training in Fl - but not since before he'd be eligible to enlist. Maybe he saw ot on a historical marker and went "Ah, a rare fact to season the story."
3:40 This is so true, I try to never wear my uniform out in public. I was working at a recruiters office about 2 years ago trying to expand my military experience. I walked out of the front door and just needed to walk maybe 200 ft to get to my truck. I was stopped by 2 separate individuals, one who complained about the military industrial war machine and the other who went on about how he was in the military years ago and assured me he was a war hero. He then proceeded to ask me for 20 bucks for a cab ride, the dude was exuding so much alcohol from his breath I was afraid if I got pulled over I'd pop positive on a breathalyzer. Offered to give him a ride anywhere in within the city limits and he just laughed, told me to be safe and left. Took me about 15-20 minutes to make it to my truck.
“I was in the Space Corps back in 67’, we called it space Nam then. My unit fought off a batallion of NLA (North Lunarniese Army) riding Jetpacks and solar powered mechanical attack donkeys. It was a crazy fight, ten million troops died, I was the only survivor. Please disregard that I look 22 years of age, the Agent Tang they deployed out there to kill the space plants has extended my youthfulness. I won a galactic medal of honor from Andrew Jackson himself’s disembodied head in a jar for leading a unit of specialized saboteur NASA chimpanzees in the battle of “that empty piece of space over there.” Now please son before I have to call upon the President of space to report your civilian insubordination, let me have my military discount!” (More believable than these losers lol)
Joelsefur Did you have a friend named Bender ? I served with him on the Enterprise NC1701 , he was last seen as the Klingons captured him , he could be heard yelling “ bite my shiny metal ass “
Joelsefur The last time I heard from Dr Zoidberg he informed me he had become a big deal with the planet of Goregons ,but he said “ I’m in a little hot water but the Gorgones have promised to later butter me up “ I later contacted the planet Gorgone no one could respond to my transmission because they were busy ordering desserts.
The second kid wearing the good old blue nwu has me fucked up all the way😂😂 he has ZERO clue how to even try to impersonate that😂 he definetly didnt even bother to google regulation or anything man its just shocking😂
The classic i was a different kind of seal i worked black ops so most of what i did is classified and cant really get into it, and when asked what buds class did you graduate with and the i was pulled during training so i never officially completed training due to the nature of my assignment i could not be registered anywhere. And most of us go i can smell the bullsh.t from here in our heads and just ignore the fella and then you have the few people going on the offensive screaming stolen valor and all that, if they are collecting donations i might speak up but some idiot boasting at a bar i could not care less, and if people cant see through their bs that is on them.
@@macmike8329 He makes a living off it and is an Actual Seal so that is something else, and most of the people he seems to go after are abusing the lie to either train people as a instructor or running for some official title and using the lie to further their advancement, and you have the ones with the fake medal of honors he tends to go after specific ones at least in his videos, and i got tired of watching them in the end because you realize it is just for views most of the time.
My roommates were both navy vets and they said they hated stolen valor to get money/discounts, but they also said they had no problem with people pretending to be military to pick up chicks lmao. They actually encouraged it and tried getting me to do it for fleek week. I wasn't comfortable doing it so I never did.
Genuine question for any Americans watching: Has anyone been prosecuted for stolen valour? In the UK, we have laws that prohibit wearing a uniform if not in the military but, as far as I'm aware, no-one has actually been charged/convicted.
The US *had* a Stolen Valor Law against people falsely claiming to be vets. Someone sued, the case went to the Supreme Court, and the Court tossed out the law, claiming First Amendment free speech prevailed. The Court came up with the American Solution. - Wanna guess? - Claiming to be a vet is only a crime when MONEY is involved: like applying for VA benefits.
I am glad I found out about this channel. My parents are Coast Guard and I have three Extended relatives in the Military and Reserves, but I am as Civilian as they come, and it bothers me how much I couldn't tell the obvious differences between the legit Vets and the Stone Valor ones but I was taught to have a deep respect for the Military. And that is not altogether a bad thing, but what is worrisome is that those are the kind of people that these Stolen Valor scammers feed on. The ones that have compassion for the vets, and the ones hyper-patriotic to the point they won't dare to question a soldier even if thier gut instinct tells them that something is wrong for fear of being seen as a "Unamerican Commie" or whatever, and those guys prey on people's guilt like that is awful. Thanks for Vets like you that help us civvies learn how to spot even the smallest hints to keep us from being scammed. ♥️
As someone in the navy I can state that the dude doesn’t have his blousing straps on and his sleeves are rolled up incorrectly and our ucmj states we camp wear our uniform out and about

My buddy's youngest brother joined the Navy (Lord knows how he got in). He was there a few months and then dropped for psychological issues. He was given hats and t-shirts as a strange parting gift?! He was always off but I didn't think he was that bad. The last guy in this video reminds me of him. I think some of these guys are sad mental cases. Thanks for the upload.
Since Germany had mandatory conscription until 2010, anyone around 30 and older has a high chance of having been in the military. Most of those could probably tell you the unit they served with, some funny anecdotes and maybe some "worst day" story, but very, very few will be able to conjure up paperwork on the spot. Hell, the only thing I still got from that time is a couple pictures and uniform apparel, don't even know where I placed my small arms qualification badge, let alone someone who's been in the 80ies. But then again, most don't run around claiming to have been SEAL sniper Fallschirmjäger who served three tours in McNuggets Special Forces tho...
I'm pretty sure you can get your DD-214 online now. But, all you get is a digital photocopy of the original document. It may have changed now, but I got a copy of my DD-214 twenty years ago. As I remember it, it helped in the purchase of a handgun in California.
Good Morning SIr, I agree with the 2nd segment. I am a military veteran. The military for me having served as a female was so incredibly difficult that when my enlistment ended & I returned home I took all of my uniforms (which were packed in a duffle bag) and shoved them in my Mothers upstairs attic! Couldn't wait to only wear civilian clothes.
i live in belize and lost my dd214 in a hurricane in 2001. got it easily replaced by mail,,, twice. i was a navy boiler tech on 2 destroyers in the 70's, maybe one of the most un-glamourus jobs there is, but i am just as proud of my service as any other service member! and i see no reason to try and glamour it up. edit: as i watch, there was a navy boot camp in Orlando while i was in. it was the 1 of 3 that was co-ed.
I got asked by a stranger once... "You in the military?" I said, "no... I wish I served but thanks for the compliment." The dude then says, "well, you look like you did, so thanks for serving anyway.." we were at a bar lol dude was probably tanked and this was in a small town that is also full of ex-military families. It pays to be humble and cost nothing to be honest!
Thats so true , people like us who has done real time in the military, the LAST FKING THING I will do is wear that uniform again. Hell, I even refuse to go near a beach anymore (was in the Navy)
“Last thing you want to do is to wear uniform” couldn’t agree more only, boots, Hardcore and Stolen Valors wear it. The normal people wear civies when ever possible. 😂
Jerry Mandarren yes, prior to 9/11, we had to wear dress uniform to and from our post. Never ever wore “working dress” in public. 9/11 changed all that.
Honestly, I only get mad when someone is running a scam / profiting from it. If someone is just wearing uniform to try to look cool or somethin, I would just avoid em and keep to myself to be honest..
Even I know Marines start at Pendleton or Lejune.West coast/east coast.I love my brothers who served.Thank you for posting .Im getting addicted to your channel.

The first guy is legit. He was with Jeremy Dewitte during Operation Bucket Drop.

Right.
Then these fools walk around with buckets and act like morons as if they earned it.
that's great. so was my dad. and so what else?...........

Be real... Navy's sleeves are already cut 90% of the time. 😂😂😂

And most of us go i can smell the bullsh.t from here in our heads and just ignore the fella and then you have the few people going on the offensive screaming stolen valor and all that, if they are collecting donations i might speak up but some idiot boasting at a bar i could not care less, and if people cant see through their bs that is on them.
its classified you won't understand. CIA st-t. Black mission blah blah.
Tell that to Don Shipley...
@@japkap i know. I've been a HUUUUGE fan from the minute i saw my first video of him. Truly a master of his craft...
Yes, it does happen, but not nearly as often as it should.
You know what I love about this country? The most patriotic m'fers standing up for it with a thick hispanic accent.
The love of white red and blue knows no language barrier
They stand up because they proudly served.
As someone in the navy I can state that the dude doesn’t have his blousing straps on and his sleeves are rolled up incorrectly and our ucmj states we camp wear our uniform out and about
Nobody in when we were blues ever wanted to go out in town and wear them lol

ACU's.
Also known as "Air Conditioning Units."
For those who don't know, ACUs are notorious for ripping at the crotch seam.
😂
I've not heard this in years 😂 I got asked why I was walking around with the AC on when I was 19, took me a fucking hour to realise what he mean 🤣
Ive learned more about rank and file and the fact that so many people are complete possers while watching this channel. Im impressed with the hostes ability to read through the bull and to stay cool as a jewel to break down the senerio to the layman like myself. This commitary is worth the watch thanks to the host. God bless you and I thank you for your imput.

Guy at the end, I was a different kind of seal.... A harbour seal.
ELS. Entry Level Separation.
These days you can also just get it digitally online. It just takes a few days... Assuming the crappy site is actually up so you can request it.

Been in 30 years and honestly I’m more embarrassed by the people running around yelling stolen valor.
Why? BS
My grandfather was in WW2, Korea and Vietnam I never knew how rare that was until just recently even being a combat vet myself
The guy who said he got drafted made me laugh.
"Ya I was a POG, I counted duce gear at battalion supply for 4 years" said no one ever
The Navy did have one of their Recruit Training Command facilities in Orlando, but it closed in 1994. I went through recruit training there in 1978.
I absolutely can't stand when people try to get freebies and handouts because they served (or claim to have served). Thank you for doing this!
How does one "look like you were in the military"? Clean cut, clean shaven? Sits/stands up straight? wtf?
