Somehow this situation feels different in flavor as did the idea of "gold-diggers" who haunted my father & his friends. My same age first cousin began dating his son's former girlfriend & they began living together over 5 years ago. This young woman is mature & smart & has no qualms about explaining how a seriously committed relationship with her former boyfriend's father makes perfect sense...she says, "We're both ready for real life, not games". ...Will this keep happening? I believe it will.
Hey John ,it’s also worth mentioning the issues with dating younger women. For example, if your 80’s kid and she’s 90’s or even worse millennial then you don’t have much in common. Next, she might have young children or even want more kids while I’m in completely different phase in my life.my kids are grown and It’s me time. Not into raising more children. That actually is a point he makes in the video without saying your statement directly, honesty. Its not so much a problem dating younger, but dating in general. You may not find as many older woman wanting kids but they are out there. Thats why it is always better to be upfront and honest with any person you date, if you dont fit together then you dont. You move on to the next.

It's definitely a "different strokes" situation. I, unfortunately, became a widower in my early 30s with a toddler. I remarried a woman in my age group. Now at 56, if in the same boat, I know darn well a younger woman is not for me, and honestly, I doubt I would remarry again. I'm not saying I wouldn't date or have a serious relationship again. I'd like to think that we >40 guys are wise enough to know what we are getting into with younger women and accept the positives or negatives that come with any relationship.
I'm newly divorced in my early 50's. When I retire in about a decade, I'd want to spend that time with my wife (if I remarry). If she's significantly younger than I, would she want to retire early? Would there be enough in my retirement (and whatever she has) to support her long after I'm dead so she doesn't have to go back to work at a late age? Keep your personal and work stuffs organized everywhere. Form good habits, etiquettes, and manners. Find a purpose for your life. One thing that I've done though which Narrows everything as I find women who are successful on their own or on their way to becoming. Well look, I followed all of this advice well before this video. I'm 22 and very strong for my age, I dress in a very classic style sense and I'm such a perfectionist on getting the right fitting clothes. I'm not talking about slimfit, I'm talking about clothes that are comfy and tailored on ones physique. I do notice women glancing at me a lot through out life. Of course those are oppurtunties for me to advance on it, but then again why should I do this with every women who gives me a glance. Doesn't make sense does it? I personally think it just get easier with age as a man. You get more situations and meet more people through work as you get older which will allow you to build your network. It just doesn't really happen especially if you've never been to University or work from home. It's a tricky time for young people. Especially with Covid when loads of people refused to meet in person. Also as a young man, it's an odd time as well since you're not old enough to really properly go to things like meetup groups or classes, unless you like the fact that everyone is basically older then you.
This is spot on information period. This information also works for younger men that are more focused and mature for their age. I'm a late bloomer and this content gives me the confidence to start getting back into the fold after the last couple of years.
John, another great video reaffirming lessons I've learned in my 57 years. There are generational gaps that take work if you want to make things happen but I think there is a threshold as we age, say 10 to 12 years difference, in my opinion anyway. Money and security: yes, we all work for that, men and women. What I've learned is that it's not how much income you make per se but do you make a living. I've met plenty of women that are happy if you have a regular job aka 40 hr week that you show up for, reliable transportation, and a place of your own, even if you rent/lease! When you are well off, and just in general, if you tell women what you want... she will start doing that, and thats a problem, you will get in love with her, and get married, and so she got you. Also in general, it will be exhausting for her to always act, so she will go to her natural state, which is usually nasty. I've been a fan of this model as a viewer and she posted some guy (At first I thought it was her father) turned out it was her husband (Looks 46 years old). To be honest, I mostly date black women; and they almost always look way younger than they actually are. Best of both worlds; get a woman who looks younger but doesn't act like it. In my experience, women are not interested in older men. Or younger men. Or men their own age. Or men who are breathing. At least that’s what my wife tells me. 🥴

I'm 57 and I have daughters the age of younger women your discussing. Would I want my daughters to have a relationship with guys my age? No way. Would I have a relationship with a 27 year old woman? No way.
You worry too much. My dad is 69 and he’s dating a 42 year old. He’s not rich but they love each other.
I notice a lot of older women think it’s not ok for 40 year old man to date a 20 year old woman but a lot of younger women don’t have a problem with it. Also other men of all ages have a problem with it so….it kinda seems like they have a vested interest in this beyond what should be allowed 😂
Nothing wrong with having a preference. Both sides and each individual has their own preferences. Younger, older, tall , short, curvy, thin, it’s all preference. :)

When you are well off, and just in general, if you tell women what you want... she will start doing that, and thats a problem, you will get in love with her, and get married, and so she got you. Also in general, it will be exhausting for her to always act, so she will go to her natural state, which is usually nasty. Thats why one of the 1st questions they ask you... what type of women you like? Be careful. I personally just tell them that i been with various women, and do not have many preferences.
This is all ego driven. I have a daughter who is 18 and there is no way in hell I would be okay with her dating a 40 year old man. Both parties in that dynamic have some sort of dysfunction that attracts them. If you are a 40 year old man and have children this is especially disturbing. You want the same dating pool as your son who’s 20. Are you hitting on your daughters friends? Get over yourselves. We all age, your 20’s are gone. Embrace your age and maybe work on your yourself. This is the most superficial bullshit, playing on your fears and insecurities. Want to know what women want ask one!
I'm seeing this more commonly now (Some other person was right about this) and I just wanted to comment. I've been a fan of this model as a viewer and she posted some guy (At first I thought it was her father) turned out it was her husband (Looks 46 years old). I don't want to get into further details but umm I guess this is the meta for some guys, wait until they're in their 40s to get with a female who's in her 20's. At least there are people here that have their senses to see why this isn't okay.

Bad fitting jeans & hoodies!most I guys I notice when out are wearing joggers t shirts sneakers in fact I’ve thrown clothing in better condition than most wear in the trash I wouldn’t eve wear it around the house never mind in public!
I pretty certain most guys & women seem to have/take no pride in themselves especially in there daily lives,poorly groomed poor personal hygiene,ear hair,nose hair,dirty hands & finger nails etc
In your 40s you need to be in good shape(not a dad bod) and have confidence.. if you have those two things you will have no problems finding women of all ages..

There is not much in the video I agree with. A few thangs:
-most American men are hapless slobs and age has nothing to do with it. American men in their 20s, 30s, 40s for the most part are overweight, lackadaisical, and poor dressers. Assuming age automatically portends better more mature fashion and grooming tastes is wrong.
-younger women will only date older men if they are in reasonable shape and don’t look their age. White men in particular age rapidly and terribly, most white men in their 40s look like they’re 50 or 60 so if a guy looks older than his age, younger women are less likely to date them.
-surveys show that the bigger the age gap, the less likely that the relationship will be successful and long term.
-besides being overweight slobs, American men suffer from a tragic almost comical lack of self awareness. Please read this carefully: if you are in your 40s, look older than your age, are overweight, do not know how to dress, and are a solid 5 on a good day, please get with reality and have the maturity and self awareness to know that it extremely unlikely that you will land a 28 year old Victoria’s Secret model who is a 10.
One bonus thang - despite his trite contrived histrionics, Aaron Marino’s snake oil skin crème won’t turn you into Brad Pitt. Good skin doesn’t solve a bad jawline.

To be honest, I mostly date black women; and they almost always look way younger than they actually are. Best of both worlds; get a woman who looks younger but doesn't act like it. For some reason there seems to be a reluctance amongst quite a few white guys to date black women, and maybe that's to do with media stereotyping; I don't know. All I can tell you is that I find that the 'angry black woman' trope is entirely misleading and almost totally false.
