If I could just add one more thing to your list, and that is confidence a woman who radiates confidence is always stylish no matter what she is wearing.
Totally agree with wearing your bags!! Alot of my friends joke that I wear my Chanel like its an amazon bag. LOL idc, not to mention I bought it in 2018 before all of the crazy prices increases, I wear her dowwwwwn & I enjoy it! & its my only bag.
Agree with all your ten points! I watched a Japanese tv show years ago where 4 boyband members invite a guest and battle it out cooking for the guest and the guest gets to declare the winners after tasting their food. The guest was Jane Birkin, She gave the two winners a Birkin each. When asked how a man can carry a Birkin, Jane threw one of them on the floor and stomped on it to break it in to the horror of the winners and the audience. You heard their collective gasp.
Great points! I would just say, while neatly manicured nails-even very short-definitely show a care-fullness of appearance, the extremely decorative combinations you picture would more than “stylish degree” tell me that person does very little or no manual labor, housework, gym work with weights, or cleans up after little kids😂 So, yeah, the way a person wears their nails can tell a lot about their typical daily activities as well😉
These are the useful tips for styling because for myself, I kept buying clothes and not feeling any better or stylish. “ how does she wear that simple outfit to make it more interesting “ changed the way I viewed my clothes and was able to be more confident in making those small detail changes so that it suited me.
Love that you mentioned nails! 💅I'm one who thinks my fingers look fatter with rings on, so I like to "accessorize" my fingers by having embellished nails. Great list! 👌
I love the nail examples you gave! I don’t like when nails are unpractical but what you showed looked great and realistic to wear in day to day life! (like long and super pointy don’t seem practical for me personally).
I agreed about the bag but birkins use to be a couple grand now they are like 25k if I had the money to buy one no one would even be allowed to breath on it 😂😂😂
I don't think we should expect everyone to wear our pieces like one particular person. That would take away the fun of 'PERSONAL style', someone can reference Jane Birkin and another can reference Grace Kelly and both as icons in their own way and that's because they were true to their souls ❤
I cant believe anyone would hate a kitten heel. I incorporated them into my collection after covid and needing to return to the office. After 18 months of wearing flats due to lockdowns, my feet and let's face it, body, just couldn't adjust back to high heels and i simply didnt want to so they were the perfect compromise. At the time, they weren't on trend so I had to search, now, the thought of high heels makes me tremble...also, it looks so too "try-hard" IMO.
Same! I used to wear heels more when I was younger, but they cause injuries (posture problems leading to other stuff) and they tire me out after wearing about 2 hours so now I wear sneakers most of the time. I tried kitten heels but somehow to my surprise they're kinda hard to balance on? I prefer a chunkier heel (but still low). It's just more comfortable.
Love the Drippy canvas tote with the side leather pockets, but the $30 return fee is excessive and a deterrent to my purchasing it. Too bad but not willing to take the risk.
not necessarily clothing-related but a cool hair color/haircut instantly feels fashion forward to me !!
Agreed!
It’s definitely one of the things that are expensive in upkeep 😭
Yes.

Thanks you so much, Gemary! So informative and useful. Thanks!

Agree with everything but the nails, shiny claws are not stylish, nor attractive, nor practical, nor hygienic. I think about what is under those nails.😬
