I like how the bassist is all chill and stuff, like everyone else is all dancing weird, and just generally being weird and the bassist is all, "hey, I'm just happy to be here, don't mind me". Great song and great band also.

Sean is probably one of the most underrated bass players I've ever heard. should get more recognition. his bass tells a story in alot of finger eleven songs.
Been listening them since high school in the mid 2000's. I always loved watching the bass player, in every video, just chill in the back and do his thing, watching his pals go nuts. Always makes me laugh.
One of the most perfectly executed music videos of all time. Love all of the focal lengths and camera angles and camera shakes that follow the music to a tee. Awesome job!
Forgot to mention. I saw you guys in 2003 at the Corel Centre in Ottawa. I was there to see Ozzy and had never heard of Finger 11. You left a permanent mark on me. I recognize talent when I see/hear it! Good job guys!
One of the first songs that led me down path of metal back in my freshman year of HS.... knee deep in death metal and other stuff... such humble beginnings, lol
it was good stuff.. I still have it and listen to a few songs from it from time to time.. brings me back to being a 17 year old kid (where the time go?) lol
+Frisbee I believe what many bands don';t share with It's consumers throughout the years for the reason hard rock goes soft; maturity. With wisdom comes less aggression. Truths like, violence begets more violence. Victim mentality lyricism is void of solutions that keep an individual harboring resentment, by being incapable of forgiving. Lastly, the awareness of the power of influence. It's great to relate to a countless number of dysfunctional youth, but why continually fuel hatred/bitterness when the outcome is well understood?... This clearly doesn't apply to everyone. Just my observations over the years along the spectrum of Rock.
Ishiinrue Oh I agree with you 100%. That's my argument against haters of the new-age Korn. When the older Korn albums came out, Jonathan was in a bad frame of mind. He grew up and isn't as full of hate, and that is apparent in their music. I'm all for growing with bands as they change their frame of mind, as long as the music is still to my liking. If a band changes their style of music (i.e. Trivium going more power-metal in their last album) than I simply won't listen to it. I'll give it a chance, but that's the thing with music, it's all subjective. In the same breath though, you can still have awesome heavy music even though it doesn't have self-loathing and hateful lyrics. Just look at Gojira.
+LombaxesAndOttsels ugh, they played that song to death when i was in highschool, so id troll the 'new' F11 fans with the fact they made goofy songs in the 90s as the rainbow butt monkeys

Canadas rock/alt-rock scene from about the mid 90s to 2005 or so produced so many creative music videos. There was never any big budgets so the directors were free to experiment and it resulted in a lot of memorable tv.
So interesting to see how this band consistently adapted to the zeitgeist, both in the style of their music and visual aesthetic. As minor key nu-metal became less popular, Finger Eleven vegan working with dancier and indie-inflected pop rock and moved away from this heavy sound. James Black stopped putting liberty spikes in his hair. Rich Beddoe gave up the Juggalo dreads. Scott Anderson grew his hair out... For me, I guess it felt like I was growing up with the band.
