Yes, all 3 Leone/Eastwood films are masterpieces. Even though TGTBTU is certainly the most epic of the 3, FAFDM is my favourite. It had an emotional side to it and I loved the chemistry between Eastwood and Lee Van Cleef. Indio is a terrific villain too. The ending is very special with the colonel giving Monco the bounty money, the colonel riding off to a glorious sunset, all backed up by Morricone's sublime 'Addio Colonnello'. Clint is a very special talent and human being, it's great that we're finally seeing some noteworthy collectibles based on him.
Blade Runner and The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly are also my 2 favorite movies. I really wish the 1/6 scale from Sideshow turned out better. I ended up selling mine immediately after seeing the final product. I may end up grabbing the quarter scale version at some point to make up for it. I feel they actually nailed the look on that version.
Present Toys and Snake Toys are both making versions of Tuco and Angel Eyes. You can get both characters for the price of Sideshow's Blondie. On par for figure quality as well.
Not to mention all the limited batch sets of the trio, and the non-stop re-releases of the Redman Toys ones. It always boggles my mind how someone can buy something like this, upload a review, and have no clue with what they're talking about. Don't mean that in a crappy way, it's just very bizarre. *Pretty sure the answer to that is, look no further than all those funko pops in the background lol
@@Chalor. take it easy, anyone collects whatever they like, I have tons of funko pops too and a bunch of hot toys. And being a collector sometimes I miss some releases, just don't bash others for whatever reason, let people enjoy stuff 👍🏼
They sell it as a limited edition, anyone has an idea how limited and an estimate of what this collectible could do price wise in the next 20 years if unopened?
I just got my Eastwood figure really is incredible fantastic. The only thing I noticed is that the holster is to big and the gun is not the one he used in the movie. But overall is a wonderful figure to collect.
I think gonna wait for the present toys version....a plus on this one was it was officially endorse by clint eastwood...I have a custom headsculpt but I wouldn't want mess it up...is he wearing blue jeans? Slacks? Is the shirt blue or pinstripe? Kinda hard to tell if you di a custom. Still like to get the present toys version. I wish they did outlaw Josie Wales.
They do “The Outlaw Josey Wales” figure. Also, in the movies, the bullet holes in his hat isn’t meant to be from the incident with Colonel Mortimer because the bullet holes were there in the previous movie, “A Fistful of Dollars”. For some reason, the holster is way too large, the end of the lNavy Colt barrel should protrude through the bottom of the holster, but not on this figure. I watched a UA-cam video where Clint visited the place where these figures are made and for whatever reason, the holster and belt was accurate in shape and colour which is tan, not dark brown with accurate stitching on the belt with the Navy Colt barrel visible protruding from the bottom of the holster, unlike what is being sold. By comparison, I would be disappointed with the one you got.
I'm wondering if the version you saw is the Premium Format version they haven't released yet. Also, the holster is too short in the movie because it was originally made for the 5.5" barreled gun from the previous films and not the 7.5" gun in this one.
Sick figure man. Do u think sideshow is still not done realeasing Clint legacy figures? Like do you think theres a good chance we will get an Unforgiven William Munny?
Original colour was Olive/Green. With each instalment in the trilogy the sun died it brown, hence why the inside of the poncho was always Olive/Green because the sun never got to that part and by the time of TGTBATU, the sun had bleached it so much it was very brown. And today it is a light brown/tan colour. Compare the poncho in FAFOD to TGTBATU at the end of the film and you will notice a clear difference in colour. It was the same poncho in all 3 films.
@holyboy1 wow very cool knowing that... that's awesome to know. Had no idea the sun turned it to different color. I always wonder why the color was changed. Great movie trivia 👍 👌 thank you so much! I guess if I'm doing a 1/6 kitbash figure of eastwood I can get away w tan brown .😊

I met Eastwood in the 90's. I'm about 6'4" and he was about the same height
He arrived to me a week ago and I'm so excited as you are. briliant master piece.

Joe Kidd, 2 Mules for Sister Sara, Outlaw Jose Wakes. All great deserving recognition. What about Kelly's Heros.
Great video and TG,TB, and TU is most definitely one of the all time greats. Blade Runner is also my favorite movie funny enough.
Very cool video of the man with no name figure of clint Eastwood. I got my figure today as well it is very cool as well

@@Chalor.Just noticed this comment. I literally have third degree burns from this roast.

Ngl if they end up making the other two ima kick myself for not picking this up. I always like the character Hogan from Two mules for sister Sara.

I just ordered mine today! Did you know that Clint Eastwood William Munny from Missouri from Unforgiven is in production!? I RSVP already!

That figure is bad ass!
FUNFACT: Boba Fett is based after this character
Head sculpt is off. Looks like Anthony Zerbe.

@@jameskennedy8329 I’m not sure because they didn’t mention the Premium Format version but the colour and design of the holster was true to the movie.
I thought this wasn't released yet ?

I thought Cry Macho was good for what it was. There are some silly scenes but I still very much enjoyed it.
Its a great looking figure, but goddamn, $275 and up is just too much. But hey, if you can afford it, more power to you!
My only question which drives me crazy...is the poncho brown 🤔 or is it green? Hard to tell in the movies?
On one of Sideshow’s video on their channel, they mention that they asked Clint this very question. The answer: green.
It's green, but usually looks brown in most versions of the movies.
