Apart from these being on my wish list sideshow again took the time to show how these beautiful works of art came to life and who better from the cadre of awesome artist the awesome Mr Bernardo Esquivel. Thank you again sideshow for highlighting these great artist.
Bernardo is absolutely soooo amazing! I can watch his work for hours on end, as well as giving us a step by step explanation of his work! He is phenomenal! Thank you so much Sideshow for these behind the scenes videos. It is a beautiful way of showing us what brings these figures to life! Since the start of these videos, I have never looked at my figures the same way again! I love them even more! Thank you Bernardo for allowing us into your world... and thank you for all you're hard work and dedication! "But most importantly... don't forget to let your geek "side show!"
I have just received my premium Man with no name in the UK and love it -great homage to a great film. Seeing the work that has gone into painting the face makes me appreciate it even more. Great artwork Sideshow.
Interesting. How long does each thing take to dry? For instance you speckled him then did red wash. Did you give the speckling time to dry first or just did transparent red straight away whilst speckling still wet?
1) As a gastroenterologist, I can certify this is the official Clint Eastwood chronic constipation look. 2) Your artwork is amazing and completes perfectly a fine cast.
Sir , Your work is Amazing and as a novice figure painter I follow Your videos for education and inspiration , may I ask how You mix the base flesh colour please ? Thank You in advance , Stephen .
beautiful! that's kind of a big sculpt isn't it, I feel like it's bigger than 1/6 lots of great lessons here specifically about the order of layers I'm going to be building a 1/24 diorama and I REALLY hope I can get some detail into the faces haha
Tremendous! Very cool. Awesome channel! Can I ask. The sponge you use for dabbing off to help achieve the capillary look. Is it a certain type of sponge at all? Or does any sponge work pretty much the same? Obviously you get different densities etc. Just wondering if this was an exact type. II'd like to have a go at something like this myself and sometimes the devil is in the detail so to speak lol
Apparently the reason why Eastwood has that scowl on his face most of the time is because he hates cigars and cigar smoke/the smell etc…. You’ve nailed that look. 👌👏👏👏😎
I would like to do this! can you suggest anything on how so? I am following Dave fisher and lister model works,. Also resin maniacs on fakebooks. .sorry, just a newbie wanting to do technical work.
Depends on the finish you're looking for. There's Matte Finish, Krystal Clear, and Satin Finish. They are all made by Krylon. For the bulk of things they use the matte finish. Hope this helps!
If Ryan Peterson's C.E.'s facial sculpts look as good as this one, Sideshow should let HIM do the 1/6 scales as well. I returned their 1/6 No Name and Dirty Harry and ate shipping cost cuz they just didn't hit the right Eastwood essence this incredible looking piece has 🏆

THE GOAT🙌
Impressive work...O-O
Nice work on The Mandalorian….I mean Clint Eastwood 🤘🏽🤘🏽
You say 'go ahead' a lot. I like the portrait.
Magnifique 🤩🤩🤩🤩
Insanely talented. Is this a paint "master" or is each individual piece painted like this?
Each piece is individually hand painted!
@@CollectSideshow That makes the prices more reasonable to me. I never realized they were hand painted. More than fair.
Cool👍
Thanks for watching!
This is incredible, and made it look easy, how many do you paint & do you batch paint them?
finally a good Roland Deschain figurine
super nice...i can not wait to add him up into my collection..i have one preordered for me...😋😊
So exciting, can't wait for you to receive it!

Hi! What type of brush us recommended to paint the eyes?
1) As a gastroenterologist, I can certify this is the official Clint Eastwood chronic constipation look.
2) Your artwork is amazing and completes perfectly a fine cast.
great work . talented
Thank you for watching!
I wish you guys would explain more of the color ratio you are using. Looks great!!
We'll make that note to the video team! Thanks for watching!
Me encanta. Gracias! Amazing!
Thanks for watching!
He must have been so amped when Clint saw these for the first time and was super impressed.
beautiful work, do you seal it after every color wash you do?
Sir , Your work is Amazing and as a novice figure painter I follow Your videos for education and inspiration , may I ask how You mix the base flesh colour please ? Thank You in advance , Stephen .
Unfortunately the painting of the portrait in the out of the box video does not come near this...what u bummer
What paints did you use for the base skin colour thanks genius
beautiful! that's kind of a big sculpt isn't it, I feel like it's bigger than 1/6
lots of great lessons here specifically about the order of layers
I'm going to be building a 1/24 diorama and I REALLY hope I can get some detail into the faces haha
Hi there, the Clint Eastwood statue is this video is 1/4 scale! You can check it out here 😊 side.show/unboxblondie
I want this badly, I hope it comes out like it looks here 🤞

What krylon are you using to seal before wash? Awesome work as usual!!
Tremendous!
Very cool. Awesome channel!

You’ve nailed that look. 👌👏👏👏😎
Greetings from Brazil! Nice video! I would like to know what model of magnifying glasses he is using if its possible! Thanx
How are the figures painted? Are they separately done too?
I would like to do this! can you suggest anything on how so? I am following Dave fisher and lister model works,. Also resin maniacs on fakebooks. .sorry, just a newbie wanting to do technical work.
One question: do you feel lucky? Well, do U PUNK?
😂
Any chance for Lee Van Cleef?
Can you please advise what varnish to you use to seal the undercoat?
Depends on the finish you're looking for. There's Matte Finish, Krystal Clear, and Satin Finish. They are all made by Krylon. For the bulk of things they use the matte finish. Hope this helps!
I like videos like this ❤
Do they all look this good though?
Each Premium Format Figure is hand painted with great care and detail!
@@CollectSideshow Thanks. Very tempting indeed.
@@mrmrgaming be wary of production downgrade to prototype/master painted piece
A potential big cost L and disappointment
Asking again - what the sealant u use ? Awesome work by the way ❤

How come no-one os asking what the head is made out of?
Transparent paint versus a diluted wash, more of an ink?
I would love to do that as a job!!
El STL de la cabeza del personaje de Clint Eastwood. Por favor, quiero practicar 🙏🏻
Without the growth, it could be David Beckham, but definitely Clint haha, brilliant work.
Hahaha thanks for watching!!
