Thank you for sharing. Yes, yes, yes. Food poison 5 years later diagnosed with irritable bowel. 1996 chronic fatigue syndrome. I have always believed them to be connected. Never advised to go on gluten free diet. Worked this out for my self. Much gratitude.
Thanks for describing this condition. I will definitely test and see if I have it. Many of the symptoms. Thank you so much Matt and Sarah for educating so many on gut health.
If you starve the bacteria they don't die. They just return to a spore state Then will return once you start feeding them what they thrive on again. Specific antibiotics or LL-37 is the only way to kill of the bacteria that should not be in the small intestine. Remember to feed the bacteria that you don't want so they consume the antibiotic or LL-37 along with it.
Hi all and thanks I am battling bowel issues for years. My GI says its Colitis after many colonoscopies.Wants to put me on Entyvio injections but i am a bit scared of this. I did get a very bad food poison while on vacation 30 years ago and have had issues since. Main symtoms are diarrohea , brain fog, migraines. Could it be SIBO or SIFO and how do you ID one from the other? Regards Pat
@@patfitzmaurice8332 Great question! The SIBO test would be a great place to start and would help narrow down what the issues you are experiencing may be.
