Day 8 was surprisingly easier for me, i mean not easy but i have more energy and i finished all 4 planks 😭😭😭🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🔥🔥🔥 thank you so much for this. Other day I’ve cried while doing the routine 😞 but i already feel stronger!
How you guys don't find that crusty lunges hard 😂😂. If there's lunges in my schedule or burpees. I can't move ahead of 3rd set. Lunges jams my legs like concrete and burpees well is like a gf that just suck you out of energy to move even a finger lol. I used think plank was hard before these two 😂😂.
Just completed day 8. Brilliant series!! I'm 51 years old, unhealthy and love it. Sound quality is only slightly muffled for the introduction. Perfect sound quality for the actual work out, I absolutely love Mrs Muscle, and am beginning to see my muscles again :) THANK YOU!!
This quarantine hasn't been "nice" with my mental health so for a few weeks I stopped training because I didn't feel good but I started doing this challenge and to be honest, even though my energy is not 100% as I wish, it helps me to getting better and back were I was before the quarantine. So thank you, you're helping me with both mental and physical health 🥰
This is the first workout challenge I’ve made it this far! I thought about taking a break but I’m pushing myself to keep motivated. I’ve been feeling better every day since starting this challenge. I feel like I’ve been getting better at the exercises and I’m hoping if I make it through this next week I’ll redo this whole challenge again. While I haven’t been keeping track of my weight or measurements I can feel a difference in my body and I love it! Thank you for this challenge 😊
I stumbled on your UA-cam channel last week. I'm a 5'10 142lbs woman who wants to shed her mummy tummy(I have 3 kids). I am not in this challenge for just that. I am loving this program. I love your videos and came across them from Pinterest. I have lost 7 pounds so far and I am seeing muscles in stomach. I am 41 yrs old and have so much energy now. I also changed my eating habits incorporating more fruits and veggies.
This is my first workout challenge I can follow until the 7th day... this is the longest journey I can follow so farr and guess what?? With this workout combine maintain my calories intake now I can reach 58kg (before start I always stuck in 61kg). I am soo happy and really thankful for this couple workouts routine 😭😭😭

As I always would, I felt reluctant to hit today. But I just remembered my comment here yesterday and watched the day 8 video and it pushed me. So here I am signed off with day 8 🌝. Somehow I felt really undercontrol today. My body seems to be holding itself. Much love and thanks

Day 4 done - so much easier than yesterday! almost skipped today but i did not. see you guys tomorrow on day 5! Day5 done - literally just cried because of the stress to lose weight before this workout, and still i finished it. the t raise got me shaking out of breath. will update tomorrow. keep moving forwards guys! Day 6 done - the bicycle kick seems easier today. good sign! my core is not strong enough to have my legs low like hers during the scissors kick, but i did not skip it!! Let's go day 7!!! Day 7 - done/ heavy arm day again Day 8 - done. too 3 days break cause I went cycling outdoors with my friends. today's workout is enjoyable. i lost 1.5kg so far - what?
I just completed Day 8-Round 2. This is the most challenging leg day. My improvements are the squats and the Donkey kicks. I am still finding the lunges to be difficult so for now I do them with support but I noticed and improvement with my form for the lunges!
Day 8 was relatively easy ! Great workout I’m starting to love myself more each and each day . Only thing that was killing me was dead bug exercise for lunges have to hold something for support but hey ! Getting stronger day by day baby😉
day 8 done! starting to feel like the 20 minutes are short. when I fish this challenge I'm going for one that is 30 minutes long, and Ill keep progressing like that.
Am following this one, am in day 8, am not doing all 4 rounds, only 3 rounds am doing, since I don't have energy to continue my 4 th round , but havvong good improvement in my weight reduction
Day 8 done after two days break... This seems doable now.. Overall I'm less breathless now.. Some exercises are still tough for me though.. Like the curtsy lunge ..
Lovey, glad to hear your rest payed off and you came back stronger. Don’t worry, some moves will be more challenging then others, keep working at it and your body will adapt. It’s all about the intention, giving your self time to recover and getting back to it. Next up day 9 💪😉🔥 x
Day 9 done and I must say even though I don't see any physical changes, I definitely feel stronger and less sluggish. After this I'm gonna start the full body workouts. @MrandMrsMuscle Since they're about 84, do I just do just start on day 1 and go all the way to 84 is there like a 30 days ?
