Holy fuck, I was hoping this would made the choice easier, but now it's made it even harder! Might just stick to the standard pipe and save myself a packet
I bought a yosimora nock of of alliexpress cost me 50 euro en let me tel you it runs so much better and it looks Good expencive is not always better man
I cant say any of them are worth the extra cost. Really the 411 sounds a bit like a Maytag washing machine motor on spin cycle. That low dB isn't necessarily a bad thing. I actually prefer having a motor and peace with the neighbors. And the stealth of low dB is an added bonus.
I have the carbon fiber Delkevic muffler and cat-less header pipe. The muffler is OK. Nothing special really. Never installed the db killer as the muffler is not that loud. However, I found the header pipe to be an incorrect fit. The rear bend causes the pipe to contact my foot when I am on the balls of my feet. The pipe also caused the muffler to jut out at an angle from the bike. The original pipe did neither. I will be cutting the Delkevic to harvest a small piece out of it and use that piece to replace the cat on the original pipe, then reinstall the original pipe . I contacted Delkevic about this issue and sent pictures but they did not respond. I also found the Delkevic pipe to be soft compared to the original pipe as the Delkevic got dented in several spots in just a few rides as opposed to no dents in the original in 23,000 miles. And regarding a question about discoloration, I think that it is normal for the pipes to EVENTUALLY turn color. The Delkevic headpipe had turned color in just a few rides. I appreciate the effort to provide a cat free pipe, but the ill-advised reshaping of the pipe contours (did anyone at Delkevic actually try it?) and the use of lesser quality metal make the Delkevic header pipe a hard pass for a recommendation. And, I don't know that I can say the Delkevic muffler provided any performance improvement. I'd like to say that but really I just think it is a little louder so it feels more powerful. Would I do it again? Knowing what I know now, no, I would not.
@@minuteman4394 For a bike of that low power of the himalayan, even no exhaust isnt going to make much of a difference to the power output. A high end exhaust such as the delkevic will give it around half a hp more. If you're buying an exhaust for the himalayan, its to make it sound better and thats it.
@@matthewpiper4328 love my Delkevic 8” Carbon Fiber Pipe on my Scram 411. It gave me a few clicks of high end and maybe that’s due more to weight I have removed. Around 15 pounds
On 4:20 is that a original exhaust from RE? Sounds like a bit stronger than the original one. Can you please tell me if this is a diferent kind of silencer than the original?

Missed on that list the Black Widow exhausts from UK, probably the best option in terms of power/less money/ performance. Cheers

does any of these mufflers improve performance? and if so, which one adds the more power?
Agreed mate, tired of these comparisons without Dyna results. Pointless.
