Cool! This actually helps a bit with energy. Arecent article on outside mag about calorie burning, compared backpacks vs weighted vests, and because of the lean forward, backpacks burned a bit more energy. So yeah putting a bit of the weight upfront helps you
That’s great! I’ll have to check out that article. The new pack I want to try has running vest style shoulder straps, and they have ample pockets and more coverage. I was thinking it could help balance between front and back and make it more comfortable. The Fanny pack helps me go ahead and start trying to do that. Thanks for the comment!
The only time I stuff heavier stuffs into my socks, my fanny pack, under my shirt is when my only one bag carry-on has exceed the 7kg weight limit imposed by those notorious budget airlines 😅. Thanks for your tips on this video, Rae
