    Love the straight to the point explanation. Planning on switching to monoball on my M3 since my poly bushings decided to take a dookie after my last track session. Hopefully it all goes well. I appreciate the video Dinan.

    monoball bush for the rear trailing arm on BMWs with Z-link rear suspension including e36 and e46 does magic. They change handling dramatically. Toe out is controlled under acceleration and tires wear less. Its a way better option than harder rubber or poly. They also last very long , I had mine over 4 years and its still solid.

    Thx for the response....might have to wait awhile...went in for an alignment and am now replacing both front control arms...left is pooched. ah well.
