You certainly did not ruin the plates or tapestry. I absolutely love watching your videos. You have inspired me to make many of the projects you have done. Thank you.
I don’t think you ruined anything. You made them look more relevant for today. You never disappoint. You have one of the most creative minds I’ve ever seen. Love your ideas.😊❤

Thank you for all of your ideas !!!!
I love the cashbox/Birdcage. It looks really vintage, so clever! But it's a tie between the little lamp and the rusted look vase! 😊 Thank you for inspiring us! Great video!
I can't even tell you how long I've been watching your videos and I get so inspired by all the clever ideas you come up with. I think I've naturally melded with your style now, and family and friends are amazed at what I come up with (hint, hint, following your style most of the time!) I appreciate you so much and think that your artistry brings the utmost joy to what I try to accomplish to this day. Thank you so much for having the courage to create this wonderful channel. You are a great idol.

You are brilliant and save so much from the landfill Don't every think twice about where your genius takes you even when it means cutting something up and giving it new life!
I watch your videos with my mouth gaping. Your creativity is amazing. I am in awe of how your brain is able to see everyday items and envision something else. 🙌💖
Thank you, as always for a little inspiration. I agree, the needlework is brought into this era, while highlighting its beauty. So many times these things go unused and are not displayed.
I don't know how you do it. Your unique ideas are incredible. You gave those brass plates a new life. Every house I know in the UK in the 70s had them. They were cheap and ugly even back then! Now they are charming and have brass frames. I'm officially obsessed with your channel. I would love to walk away from my house from a month and say do whatever feels good to you because I know my home would be lovely afterward
Sherry, you are the epitome of thinking outside the box. I look forward to every video to see your unique transformations. I loved the spoon rack turned herb display.
I agree with the other commenters, you never ruin anything but always come up with a unique idea to transform your items into something even more special. I love the tapestry pictures in those small frames, adorable and oh my that blue and white lamp I adore.
I don’t think you ruined anything. All of these are really great. I just love your style and your unique sense of design. Can’t choose a favorite but the paint inlay frames and tapestry are very nice.
My mom had the same brass plates hanging in my childhood home in the 1950’s! Brought back memories…however, I cringed when you were pounding, but the final result is really pretty! I just love birds (way more than ships…haha) anyway! ❤ You never cease to amaze me.
The brass plates are PHENOM! My mother used some like yours (in their "before" state) as wall hangings and I always loathed them, but your version is delightful.
Oh, thank you, Gina! My mom had two of those brass plates hanging in our kitchen during my childhood. I hated them, too, but now they are growing on me!
You're my favorite youtube crafter, your creativity has no limits. Just for fun, I think we should make a drinking game for every time you pull something out of your "stash". Your stash room must be a warehouse!
You didn't ruin anything. Your vision was spot on. The plates turned out beautifully, as did all of your creations. I love watching you bring new life to items. You're curating a beautiful home for you and your family. Thanks for allowing us to be a part of it ❤.
I liked all of your DIY projects today, but I liked the dried herbs rack just a little more. So I guess that’s my favorite. I see those wooden spoon displays all the time at the thrift stores but I never thought to make them over as you did! So creative! ❤
I think the world of you ,,,, not only you rescue items to help the planet you help us decorated our homes ,your activities helps in many areas in my case I continue to learn proper English by listening to you ,,, Thank you ❤
I don't know how you do it week after week, but you always come up with ingenious ideas. The small pieces of tapestry in the frames look great. And, I love the little lamp. I wondered what you were going to do with that.😊
I always love watching your clever transformations. My favorite today is the resin vase. It looks just like a gorgeous antique vase with a lovely floral arrangement.❤
I love how the little blue and white lamp turned out! I have been wanting to make a lamp like that from a small pot that I thrifted. I salvaged a brass vase base from a small, broken glass lamp, as well as the faux brass cap, which are the perfect size for the pot. After seeing yours, I think a chandelier socket would work well for my project, too. Thanks for the idea! 👍😀
I love watching your videos! I don’t even have the same style as I live in a high-rise, but I am always curious to see what you come up with and how creative you are! You have a true gift.
Keep doing what you're doing as you are doing different things from other up cycling people and I like watching your videos ❤. If people don't like it they can turn it off x
I just can't pick one project! I really love them all! Again, your creativity and thinking outside the box amaze me! I love your videos! Such an inspiration!
No thrift store find was harmed in the making of this video😁Seriously, I believe all of these projects are perfect as usual and I'm inspired by your ideas.
I really like the plaque (last project). That is my favorite. Every one of these projects is a sure improvement over what those objects were in their former "lives." You did not mess up anything! You saved some outdated "stuff" from the landfill! My granny had some of those brass plates hanging in her breakfast area. Even then, she referred to them as "dust catchers." So much better with the tissue paper overlay!
I love them all! I was so excited to see the spoon holder flip. I thrifted one as well. Mine has a second shelf and I was going to use it in my sewing room to display my Mother’s thimble collection. Now I know just how to take it to the next level!
ok I can see why someone would think the brass plates or the tapesty were messed up. But these were headed to the landfill... You rescured them, up graded the look, and now someone else can enjoy the pieces!!! The frames you created for the tapesty were my favorite project,
Too many good projects, Sherry, to choose just one favorite today. I absolutely love the resin vase turned vintage rusty vase. I'm a lamp lover - no idea why, but I have more lamps than I'll ever need. I never would have thought to make a lamp from the china riser. Very pretty. And no, you did not ruin the tapestry.😊
I love the brass plates and what you did with them! My mother had some that were much the same, and I never liked them much. Now I wish I had kept them after she passed away so I could repurpose them like you did. I love everything you repurposed!! The Chinoiserie lamp that you created is absolutely adorable, and it's my favorite! Oh wait, the beautiful rusty vase with rusty roses and bird lid is my favorite too! You are one of the most wonderfully creative people I know (or know of). I'm so happy and enthusiastic when you post a new video. Thank you for all you share with us!❤
I liked the frames with inlay and tapestry the best. Your videos are a cut above all others in your field. You really are creative, not just slapping on white paint and transfers. I think you inspire everyone so much we're all hitting the thrift stores to imitate you which is driving up prices and causing shortages.
I love your ideas!!! I’ve been searching for someone to watch with new ideas and I have watched countless videos that I don’t like so I am so appreciative of you.
The shelf from the base of a table or post. I loved that you changed the hook to a smaller one! It turned out beautiful!! I don’t think you ruined anything you made every thing more beautiful!!!
Nothing ruined with your wonderful skills :-) I love the birdcage, looks much more interesting and authentic with the metal box attached. The hidden phone charging box is brilliant. I've been trying to design something to disguise my router box for a few months now. Definitely more challenging than I thought, but you've given me the push to try and figure it out. Also, I'm so happy the little bird pics are still proving useful 🥰
I can never choose a favourite of yours, you are so talented i just love everything you do. Love what you did without the tapestry ❤. Thanks for sharing your amazing talent cheri ❤xxx
Plates a hit. Love spoon cabinet. Phone charger great idea. Yes I would hang the blocks. Now this bird cage could use a nest change box front for seasons. Really like the flower frame. You are brave blue and white is may very favorite. Rust is in my world. I would never had thought of using the plaque in such away. I look forward to Monday's just to see what you have made. Thanks

I don’t think you ruined anything. You made them look more relevant for today. You never disappoint. You have one of the most creative minds I’ve ever seen. Love your ideas.😊❤
Oh, Margaret! You are always so kind. Thank you!

Everything you do is always so amazing….. whether it’s someone else’s opinion or not. You always do such a great job!!! I always love what you do. You are AMAZING!!!! I think I would have hot glued a wood round to the center of the brass plates, but the final look is quite stunning.
Mary Ellen, I didn’t even think of that. Now, you’ve got me thinking about trying that!
The brass plates were undoubtedly mass produced, so no harm done. And the brass-framed bird pictures are absolutely beautiful!
I'm sorry Sherry, but I can't choose only one! Every single project is just amazing, and too much creative! I love all of them!
Oh, Gloria, you are always so sweet! Thank you!
You never cease to amaze me with your ability to turn trash into treasures. I loved the rusty vase and picture frame at the end the best.
I love the cashbox/Birdcage. It looks really vintage, so clever! But it's a tie between the little lamp and the rusted look vase! 😊 Thank you for inspiring us! Great video!
I’m screaming “NO”to hammering brass plates. Then “YES”. I love it
You didn’t ruin anything, you gave them new life. I love the rusty vase, definitely a winner.
My mum had those brass plates when I was a kid, brought back memories ❤️

As usual, they are all great! I think you are saving these items from ending up as landfill, keep saving them!
Oh, love that!😊

Oh, Kim, thank you so much! You’re so sweet!
I watch your videos with my mouth gaping. Your creativity is amazing. I am in awe of how your brain is able to see everyday items and envision something else. 🙌💖
Thank you so much! You are so sweet!
You and ruining something should never be in the same sentence!! Everything you touch is changed into something beautiful and unique❤
Oh, Debbie, that is so sweet of you! 🥰
Hi Sherry can't wait to see your very clever flips...😊
Thank you, as always for a little inspiration.
I agree, the needlework is brought into this era, while highlighting its beauty.
So many times these things go unused and are not displayed.
My favorite is the candle box and the bird cage. They were all so clever and creative !
I just discovered Canterbury Cottage.. I have been binging 😊. You just what the dr ordered ♥️
Oh, thank you! Everyone’s home in the U.S. in the ‘70’s also had them. My mom’s had fruit designs and hung in our kitchen.
I would love her to come and decorate my front room and bedroom!!
Sherry, you are the epitome of thinking outside the box. I look forward to every video to see your unique transformations. I loved the spoon rack turned herb display.
You are the best. All of your projects are unique. I am so happy when I see you have posted a video. Thanks.
Thanks so much, Bobbie! You are so very sweet! 😊
Everything was great. But I have to say the decorative hook was my favorite.
Once again you created some unique and beautiful pieces and you ruined nothing - and enhanced everything! You really are an amazing crafter Sherry!😊😊😊
Its beautiful
You turned trash into treasure! Truly, you did. You've never ruined a piece yet.
You did not ruin anything. Love them all 😍
Very inspiring. Loved the Vintage Hook project because anything made of solid beefy wood makes me happy. Beautiful. 🌸
I agree with the other commenters, you never ruin anything but always come up with a unique idea to transform your items into something even more special. I love the tapestry pictures in those small frames, adorable and oh my that blue and white lamp I adore.
My mind is blown. You just do the most amazing designs and creations. I am hooked.
I don’t think you ruined anything. All of these are really great. I just love your style and your unique sense of design. Can’t choose a favorite but the paint inlay frames and tapestry are very nice.
Thank you so much, Katherine!
Fantastic! I loved all your projects. And I found watching you create very relaxing. The tapestries were perfect!
My mom had the same brass plates hanging in my childhood home in the 1950’s! Brought back memories…however, I cringed when you were pounding, but the final result is really pretty! I just love birds (way more than ships…haha) anyway! ❤ You never cease to amaze me.

After the huge garage cleanup I bet you found some handy items to incorporate with thrift finds. I really like dark wood with hook project.
Thank you, Corinne! Yes, I have a few more items that I need to make use of really soon that I’ve been storing in the garage.
You didn't ruin anything. Your vision was spot on. The plates turned out beautifully, as did all of your creations. I love watching you bring new life to items. You're curating a beautiful home for you and your family. Thanks for allowing us to be a part of it ❤.
Thank you so much!
You give me the courage to cut or break things!!! Thank you from Kansas!❤
You didn’t ruin the tapestry especially since it was previously glued down. Love the results!
I liked all of your DIY projects today, but I liked the dried herbs rack just a little more. So I guess that’s my favorite. I see those wooden spoon displays all the time at the thrift stores but I never thought to make them over as you did! So creative! ❤
My mother had those same brass plates back in the 1960s and I didn't like them, so, IMO, you improved them tremendously!
Love every project!

Yes the brass plates look much better. As I am not a fan of brass. But that birdcage was phenomenal. Bravo
Love, love, love the rusty urn with the rusty flowers! So elegant.
My favorite, too! Just love the rusty colors together!
I think the plates turned out to be wonderful. You are never afraid to try new things and inspire us to follow your lead.
Thank you! Some viewers have commented that I ruined the brass plates, so I appreciate your kind words and support.
