Spinning out is one of the worst things we can do as a hitter...
.. and one of the most common things hitters struggle with in games.
We have some great drills in the Pro Speed System to help get the swing synced up so we can stop spinning...
...but occasional there is still a struggle with some hitters.

My question is do you try to keep your front foot, spine and shoulders closed while your back foot, hips and hands go to the ball? Is this the correct feel?

He started of the video telling you not to do the correct thing. Please stop making videos . Every good pro and good college player uses rotational hitting. Your hands aren’t stuck to your body. You can rotate and take the knob to the pitcher on the out side pitch just like you can rotate and take the knob to the 3rd baseman on an inside pitch.
