I just found your channel the first videos I watch- but didn't know were the April fools. You got me with the trash bag... I kept saying to myself "but it's a trash bag". The second I caught on when you got to the "fake people", love it.

Funny! I knew pretty quickly it was an April Fool's Joke but I didn't know where you were going to go with it until a minute or two in. And I admire the commitment because now you have to put that drawer back together and restock your stash! I love ALL of your videos, serious or not.

😂😂😂😂 I was at the point where you were in the store looking at the orange top where I had a thought 💭 that maybe you’ve been sewing too long and forgot how the stores work! Then you showed the other stores like H&M and my next thought was…. OMG 😳 😱! I’m soooo green 🟢🟢😂!!! I completely fell for it and then a comment popped up that had April Fools within it and I came out of shock and started laughing!!!! Sooo… you at least had me until the comment spoiled it!!! I hear a huge accent shift in this video. Love languages and accents and I find it so cool to hear that slow change.
Oh my accent changes like the wind. It very much depends on who I'm talking to. I'm much more English at work, for example. I don't control it; I don't fight it; I've lived here for almost half my life. It makes sense for my accent to swing around a bit.

This is a testament to how sometimes I kind of half listen. So I was filling in the gaps for a long time, not always watching the screen. I thought, maybe the building’s a project where the collective brings in half assembled projects and you all do the finishing bits for each other? Then I thought, is it a charity? What is this brash development she’s talking about?? When you went outside and saw the other stores and your reaction… and the *scales fell from my eyes!* (My favorite parts are, “They’re, like, all different sizes - I don’t know how you know what the size is, though,” and “Liberty tana lawn… useless!”)

@@LostMyThread I ordered it direct from India and it was a little brighter than I perceived it online. I bought it to make something for my great niece whose mum is in the beige-brigade and I fear it is a bit too saturated for her (although to the rest of us is is rather pastel haha). I may still make something for the munchkin. We're entering the cooler seasons here in Aus so perhaps next spring/summer as it's beautifully light.

Hi Theresa. You got me. I'm in Califonria, so posting was on Easter. I first started scratching my head when you went running into a chain store with glee. Loved the manequin poses -- they still look weird on a live person. I was cringing when all the notions got dumped in the trash and inhaling sharply when the fabrics were flying off the shelves.
