Thank you. I love the outfit. I know why so many people love the Saguaro pants. 😊
I’m glad you enjoyed the footage from the hike. It was a gorgeous day, and I’m glad I spent it with my parents.

Wow, Cynthia! I love that outfit! You look darling in it. I was leaning last time toward the Atelier Jupe dress and now I vote go for it! It will be gorgeous on you. Thank you so much for the life update and footage of your hike. What a gorgeous place you live 💙

Thank you so much. I have that on my sewing table now. I am going to sew it even if I don’t wear it to Frocktails.
I’m glad you enjoyed the hike footage. I never know whether to add that kind of footage or not. 😊

Love the outfit - that nautical rich girl look. Cute!

Very pretty outfit you shared. That fabric is lovely, but it’s probably a good call to put it away till you find a more suitable use for it.
What a nice hike and visit with family! We’ve been busy with preserving vegetables here. We made a double batch of stuffed peppers for the freezer and froze some chopped peppers and some tomatoes and canned tomato juice, too.

Yum. I used to can and freeze more produce than I do now. It’s a lot of work but so rewarding. Thank you so much for watching. 😊

Those pants are beautiful! I find flowy pants are so much more comfortable to wear in summer. I am sure you will find a cute top pattern to use for the remaining fabric. I really think both dresses would be great options for your Frocktails dress. It's going to be tough to decide between the two. How lovely that you had a fun day out with your parents! When we lived in Boone we used to love going to the parkway. We had places to walk and places to picnic. Hopefully it wasn't too hot. We've had so much rain that I've barely had to water my little garden. Our okra has gone crazy. No sewing here. I've got a bad head cold and I'm just not feeling it right now.

Oh no. There’s nothing worse than a summer cold. I hope you feel better soon.
It was lovely on the parkway compared to the temperature at my house. It was at least 10 plus degrees cooler there. We had a wonderful time.
I believe I am going to sew both dresses and decide afterwards. Who knows what I will decide. 😀

@@MountainAccentsSewing I hope you have enough time to sew both dresses. I think both are going to be gorgeous, but you might find one works better than the other for Frocktails. And then you will also have another beautiful dress for another occasion.
I'm starting for feel better again so maybe I will get my dress finished this weekend.

How about using that gorgeous cotton sateen fabric for the Designer Stitch Clara Woven Dress? I think it would look stunning on you, and that fabric would work well for it since it is a somewhat fitted style.

I have never heard of that pattern before. Thank you. I will take a look at it. 😊
