Illegal Pot Farms: Stealing Water, Hurting Our Community

The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department has identified over 1,300 known illegal marijuana grow sites in San Bernardino County. These sites are threatening the water basin with illegal chemicals and stealing thousands of acre-feet of water annually-equivalent to the entire amount needed to serve the 25,000 residents living in the Phelan and Pinion Hills Community Services District area.
