Only people who really like driving knows how important the sound of the cars is to a better driving experience, it really helps you feel the car and the acceleration, and not even mentioning the clutch change. Not even racing games seems to have the will to do this nowadays. Good fucking work CDPR.

In that game, when you get in a car which are using real car engine sounds and you're chasing a criminal or running from the cops you FEEL that power. Like you don't think anything of it until you're in the moment and that immersion can't be matched. I'm a sound guy, so that can break immersion just as much as something else but yeah.

problem is, forza has been using many car sounds since they had recorded it for forza 4(which was amazing tbh). Still better than cough cough vacuum cleaner GT5 and GT6

Meanwhile a certain game that will not be mentioned copy pastes sounds with a bunch of copy pasted interiors, then charges ridiculous prices for the cars in-game like they actually worked overtime lmao
