You know what's eerie is there's a movie called Parasomnia which was used as a fan trailer for a Mad Hatter Batman movie - and both the serial killer in Parasomnia and the Mad Hatter here escape more or less the exact same way. Down to the "guard gets surprised by the dumbass who did not cover her ears / avert her eyes and gets stabbed in the neck". 🎩
Episodes like this is what I really wanted to see from Gotham.all the batman villains escaping Arkham freeing there gang members and recking havoc on Gotham city.. it always brings a smile to my face every time.😊
One of potentially 3 reasons: 1. You are working as a double agent to help your employer break out (how tf else are they getting out without some form of inside help?) 2. They are desperate to try and keep them from getting out that people will volunteer to help ensure the inmates don't break out as often 3. The pay must be something unlike anything.
Why didn't they just make a Batman series instead of having all these guys already as their regular selves when Bruce is still a kid is a question worth asking.
Mad Hatter, Scarecrow, Penguin and Mister Freeze are the only villains who are at their full potential. The others can be considered as starters, like the Riddler. His crimes don't even compare to what he does with Batman.
@@LoneCommentWanderer And yet he's already an adult, working with the police and then becoming a super villain so the problem is still there. Also, what use is Batman if the cops and Gordon can handle these criminals fine as it is? Even when they team up? If you like the series, I'm not trying to bother you or anything. I just think it fundamentally doesn't work.
@GEEKFOREVER (Pixel Gaming/Sur La Toile Ce Soir) I love the show, gotham is my top 10 but I definitely agree with what your saying 100% but I don't question it as much just because I like the show
@@geekforeverpixelgamingsurl5007 i agree. i’ve nvr been a big superhero fan & started watching for cameron monaghan’s joker, but if bruce is a child, why is everyone else grown & already established heroes? i like this show though cause it gives me background information as someone who doesn’t know much about superhero/villain backstories
@@iwatchytwhenimbored1636 Well each version is different depending on the adaptation, comic, etc so this only gives you background to these specific versions.
Also, my theory is this: he defended himself from his mother, but he knew that he'd probably get the normal "yeah right, you defended yourself and I won the lottery," bullshit that people with mental disabilities often get, so he decided to lean in.
Also, this man had the worst twin brother ever. The world is lucky that this man's real goal wasn't world domination but a safe place for the insane. Literally he made one mistake in his plan. 1 and it was likely not even an outcome anyone could've considered, and if he had gathered the resources for world takeover, it wouldn't have happened.

This is probably my favorite opening sequence from ANY episode of Gotham ever!
Yep
Top 3 for me: this scene, the concert, and the scene with the maniax dropping 6 guys off the roof were all my favorites.
Jerome is so crazy they put him in a maximum security cell in Arkham
Me and the boys escaping to cause chaos and get revenge for the 40th time
This reminds me of lego Batman 1 for some reason (Mad Hatter, Scarecrow and Jerome (proto-Joker))
love how big jerome's cell doors were..with huge green skull on it hahaha
Muito bom os detalhes que colocam nas celas , exemplo , do jarvies colocam uma placa de audição pois faz hipnoses a do jerome tbm ks
Scenes like this stick true and dear to the batman universe..this honestly feels like a batman fans dream for a live action tv serious.

Jerome, Jervis, and Scarecrow we're simply excellent villains, three of my favorites, and I loved them!! Love Gotham, and love the characters!! 🤍

Arkham scenes are either the coolest sequences or the most traumatic horrifying sequences
Okay something does not make sense to me why is joker put on tighter lockdown and cell more secure than somebody like scarecrow?
Cause scarecrow is just a psychopathic teenager who’s almost entirely useless when he doesn’t have his toxin or Sickle
Because joker is far more insane and unpredictable than scarecrow
Whys Scarecrow in Arkham? He escaped last time
Tbh this is why I always respect Jerome. He didn’t once abuse the inmates beyond a joke.
