    Old master still in good shape. It tells a lot of how great his Kung fu is. Too many masters can barely move in theirs 60s.

    @chebf123 It should. Bruce Lee studied Choy Li Fut after having studied Wing Chun and Wu style Tai Chi Chuan, and had glowing praise for Choy Li Fut.

    "Choy Li Fut is the most effective system that I've seen for fighting more than one person. [It] is one of the most difficult styles to attack and defend against. Choy Li Fut is the only style [of kung fu] that traveled to Thailand to fight the Thai boxers and hadn't lost." -Bruce Lee

    another history lesson. i was told docfaiwong had foshan hongsing roots, via lau bun. This is Chan Family style i hadn't seen in his work before.
