    Yoga really helped me boost my self confidence, self love and much more. I did surya namaskaram for 2 days, and immediately saw improvements in personality, much and much lesser anxiety, till the extent i can deal with it easily. I can not wait to try these ones out. Thank you very much Ma....

    Thank you Dr. Hansaji for sharing these confidence asanas to balance thought and emotions. A few favourites of mine in there (bridge, cobra and warrior). Perhaps my unconscious mind is seeking the confidence that it so needs to deal with the complexities of life.

      If there is issue in the spine, pls confirm with your doctor before doing. Sometimes, lack of exercising also creates aches - in such cases, these should be done after proper warm up stretches and forward bending
