- full demo of the 5 Tibetan Rites by Maryse Moerel so you can join this film to do them yourself. English spoken. At the end of the film there is extra information about the 7 chakra's that are stimulated by these yoga exercises. The 7 chakra's relate to your 7 hormone glands. When your horme glans work well, a hormone balance follows and eventually good health and vitality are the results
Healthy cells in your body like red blood cells spin clockwards. Unhealthy cells, like paracites, virusses, bacteria, candida and cancer cells spin counter clockwise. When we spin we spin clockwise to stimulate clockwise circulation of all healthy cells.
Namaste, Maryse
I Have been doing these for 20+ Years and I cannot say it enough this is the fountain of youth in the understanding of these sacred Rites.
Thank you for your instructional video. I have found the 5 Tibetans so easy to follow and lovely to watch. You are a very good teacher. I have been doing the 5 Tibetans for 6 weeks and have had much more energy and a greater feeling of well being
Thank you for the demo and also for including the breathing patterns, I have stated doing this rituals 2 days ago and boy it looks easier than it actually is, my belly and lower back are sore, hope that improves with time, blessings
Hi Maryse! Thank you very much for your response. I want to share a great news with you. Through regular practice since 2 months, I am able to do all 5 Tibetan Rites 21 times each without forcing my body. I also feel energetic throughout the day. With great regards to you!
Great video! Very inspiring! I love doing the rites, and though I am just in the third week I feel much stronger, more flexible, more emotionally balanced, and more.I can't imagine a day without doing them. I look forward to the time I am doing the 21 repetitions. May everyone enjoy the rites and benefit from them.....as I have.
@GravvyTrain Yes, start for the first week with 3 only. Second week 5, third week 7. Keep on adding two extra each week, so after 10 weeks you do the full 21 .Kind regards, Maryse
Thank you for this great and inspiring lesson! Will dedicate every morning beginning to Five Tibetans
Thank you so much Maryse, you are lovely. I've had a link to the 5 Tibetan rites bookmarked for almost a year, and today I finally opened it. I then searched for a go by on youtube and was drawn to yours. I am excited to finally try it along to you!
Dank je wel Maryse, heel mooi om nu eens goed te zien hoe de vijf tibetanen uitgevoerd worden
Thank you Maryse for sharing the five rights movements, I did them for the first time ever yesterday, a friend told me about the rights and that I should do them, I actually had an awesome sleep and I felt much better all day yesterday.
Today is the 4th day i have been doing these,i still get a little sick but not as bad as day 1,2,3.i feel better too after i get over the sick feeling. Body is a little sore..i like these though i think they will make a difference..thanks Maryse
I will start tomorrow, no really I will. I have been searching for a easy way to start this. This is the best one I have found thus far. Thank you.
FINALLY someone who shows it how to do it properly with breathing
@gretchengehlhoff
I do not advise to start the full 21 right from the start. Even if you are a sportman / woman, the 5 Tibatans can give you dizzyness. Just be gentle for your body and let it get used slowly to the advancing speed in your 7 chacra's. These are not fysical exercises. The 5 Tibetans are opening and closing the crossways of your meridians. By speeding up these crossways, your hormone glands get stimulated and the body will have to adjust itself to this shift in hormones. Maryse
Excelente!! con la alegría que los hace, nos anima a seguirla, felicitaciones.
Just started doing - 7 rep for every rites.
Thanks for the precious information. Greetings from Costa Rica. Namasté!
I always feel so much better after doing this. I feel less stress, less stiff (muscles) and I feel more alert. Not to mention I have asthma, I always like do to this among other warm ups and stretches.
Thank you very much for being so generous with your information, peace, love & happines to you.
Thank You so much for the flawless video
Thank You, Thank You and Thank You.
Just by chance I saw your clip and decided to try. Coz I had nothing to do and not to mention to loose. So I did it and from first time it made wonders. My blood sugar went down and my thyroid felt much better. I hope my blood pressure will go down.
When first I saw my initial thought was oh thats easy but that wasnt the case when I tried it. I sweat like a fish. One thing is I just didnt read all stuff so I started rite from 21 I hope thats not big of a pr
i have been doing these rites for 8 years and they are fantastic for general health and well being. video looks great but takes ages to upload.
thanks marysc
Olá mesmo não falando inglês, pude entender os exercícios com facilidade e gostei demais! Um grande abraço!
Thank you, this is one of the best tibetan rite videos.
In the midst of so many incorrect videos about the 5 Tibetan exercises, this of Maryse Moerel is among the few correct on youtube according to the Original description of Peter Kelder in 1939. Thank You!
I found out about the 5 Tibetans from a book many years ago and have been doing them ever since. There is a sixth one that is supposed to increase sexual energy that you didn't show. I have also found videos of Tibetan monks doing exercises and they do them a little different than the book described or what you show. Still very nice to see this demo. :)
OMGess - thank you!
I have been looking for a video like this for 2 years. I could not remember the name of this vitality series of movements.
I will start to do them on the next sunrise.
Thank you for posting this video. It is just what I was looking for.
Because in the second Tibetan we focus on opening and closing the first red physical, the second orange sexual and the fifth blue creative throught chacra. Just focus on that... it is more than enough... Namaste Maryse
thank you for sharing this beautiful knowledge.
I've created a link to this from my blog as it is simple and direct and very useful. thanks
You're looking great! Thank you so much for this video.
with the third rite it works better if you curl your toes too like in the book, Ancient Secret of the Fountain of Youth. I remember from when I was a Tibetan Monk in a past life that we did it to fully stimulate the chakras on our feet. But whatever works for you is what is best.
Thank you so much for making this wonderful video.
Thank you so much for this very enlightening video.
The music at the end in Waltz in e flat Major by Chopin. Shazam thinks its Fuzijko Hemming playing. Chopin is lovely, lovely music to have playing while cooking, making art, cleaning, reading and playing. Its a bit fast, for the most part, for yoga :)
THANK YOU.This video is very informative.Love and happiness to all.
Thanks for counting and breathing very complete i am finally at 21 reps after 3 days. EJ Atlanta GA
Thank you so much ,this is very positive way to start my day
Thank you for video and simplicity. It really works
Dear Glenn,
If you do the 5 Tibetans early morning after a good night sleep, they should keep you fit during the day, but y the time you god to bed you should be able to sleep perfectly well. The 5 Tibetans harmonise your hormones and in the beiginning changes may occur, but after you are for a few months on 21 rites, you should be fine with being awake at daytime and being a sleep at night time. Namaste Maryse
The music is Frederic Chopin's , one of his nocturnes, but I'm sorry, don't remember well. best wishes for all. a very goooood video, thankyou so much, Maryse.
thank you for this great video..they do make you feel better and are so quick to do..dont care if I get funny looks in the gym..I am spreading the word;)
thank u very much! how u showing is really helpful for us. counting, breathing...
Thank you for your guidance, love this video so much!
Very well done demo, absolutely done right except that in the 3rd rite (see The Eye of Revelation by Peter Kelder) you bend forward as in bowing, then back. The text in the book makes that clear, but they omitted having an illustration of the bending forward part. Very good work!
Thanks Kristin. I really appreciate it.
Great yoga for fountain of youth. Thank you!
So wonderful. Thanks.
I absolutely love the music at the end of the workout, and I was wondering who is playing the piano so beautifully!! Also thank you for posting this wonderful video. I have just found out about the Ancient Secret of the Fountain of Youth and am looking forward to practicing the 5 rites.
Thank you for sharing this wonderful video :)
gratitude for your grate video.
Beautiful, thank you!!
Thank you for share a wonderful video.
Someone asked about the music at the end. It is Chopin Waltz No. 1 in E Flat Op. 18. Lovely!
the rites are supposed to be done first thing in the morning after elimination. breathing is inhale through nose, and exhale in the manner most comfortable to you. just don't hold your breath. try repeating each rite only five times the first time you try this. if it's easy, the next time do more, just don't strain yourself, take it slowly, and progress to 21 reps. there are other vids of the rites. check them all out and find what works for you.
If you like to perdorm these excersises slower it is fine. You need longer and deeper breathing, which can be extra benificial for your health and spirutual development. The tempo in the video can be followed when you want to do the 5 Tibetans in 10 minutes. In this way they give you a lot of health benefits and cost you no money and little time. When you have only 5 minutes you can do them really fast. Better do them fast Than not doing them at all. Namaste, Maryse
Thanks for share this marvelous excercises and for your beatifull smile darling. Best regards!
Thankyou, and what a lovely garden :)
Hi,
Thanks for sharing!
I am just wondering if you can show us how to protect ourselves after opening the chakras. Is nice to know how to open and activate them, but still to protect from negative energy.
I would appreciate your support!
Regards,
Claudia
also thank you for all the information at the end!
very well explained
very good. I guess do in the morning on an empty stomach? and what is the music playing at the end? lovely!
It's best to practice yoga and these 5 Tibetan Rites on an empty stomach. Upon rising, I have hot water with lemon, elimination, then yoga. Namaste
good and simple to do for any age..
on rite 4, if you push your shoulders up and hold them properly square then the bottom should be just off the floor, allowing better movement, it's quite hard to hold, but soon strengthens... on rite 5 the legs should be together not apart but you have done a good chin tuck on that one which is often missed it seems... it is important you teahc people start on 3 and add 2 each week... takes 9 weeks to go from 3 to 21 and you don't need to do any exercise twice unless you do them all twice... Be Well...:)
Thank you! Very interesting!
Nicely done. Exactly what i was looking for. Just sound and vioce is a bit low.
Thank you Maryse :) I have been doing yoga since I was 16 and have never felt instant energy flow like I did when I practiced this exercise. I'd like to watch your video daily at the same time every morning to habituate the practice for myself! If you could comment on my message, it would help me to stay accountable to this practice (any encouragement is very much appreciated). Thank you so much! Where did you learn this?
Dear Claudia,
You do not open your chakras, you just make them spin at a higher speed so they become more powerful. In this way you are better protected to anything negative outside you, because your own energy field becomes bigger. Just imagine a golden light around you and contact this golden light first before you listen or contact some fenomina outside you. This will keep unwanted outer things out of your own system. Kind regards, Maryse
This is really great, so energizing but calming at the same time. However I felt a little sick right after it the first time I did it. Is that normal ?
Thank you much!
Very nice. We can start at a lower amount than 21 , correct?
@barabara474 Dear Barbara, I am 47 years old and the mother of 4 sons and a daughter
Thank you.
Thank You!
教學運動真好
Great!
Love this
Maryse thank You so much for posting. Is there a guidance, how to step by step do the 4th position? This is the only one that I have difficulties to do properly ;) thanks again
Dear Miroslav, Just do the 4th. as far as you can without forcing yourself. Just do your best and maybe in time you slowly get your belly up a little higher. Do not worry about getting into the final position. Everybody is different and the 5 Tibetans will benefit you also when you do one not perfect. Life is not perfect. Just embrace your imperfections. With love Maryse Moerel
I heard you get better benefits from doing them more slowly (with accurate movement and breathing, hopefully ) but that just might depend on individual needs
The vibration of the color orange is the vibration that the sexual charcra respons to.
Leave the arms down so the other chacra's stay neutral.
Stimulation of sexual chacra is done by wearing orange clithes, drink organge drinks, sit in organge light and making hio circles 100 tims left, 100 times right and over again
Gracias !!
Thanks;quite attractive/flexible/moves well/knowledgeable.that first statement at last-
the Vastness(you know is Microcosm)The ANCIENT of DAYS is MiniMicro therefore IS the ALL.Breath controls the Heart rate.Spinning Is essential(much more complex is better)Kuji Kiri is a must.Chi flows through body then Wrists(healing Hand)(must believe)EARS stimulating is Chi stimulation.GREAT answer on spinning(not opening Chakras)Why 21 moves?? 3x7??
Feels like we should b doin this st a slightky slower pace.
good exercise
@MaryseMoerel Thank you for your answer! I let listen to the music to a friend who plays piano and she told me that the music is Brillante valse by F. Chopin. Bye bye
thanls for sharing
Dear maryse,
Thank you for sharing such a valuable teaching. I've just started doing the exercises and i already feel a change in energy.have a small question about continuing the exercises during menses.please advice what i should do.many thanks!
Thank you~
Maryse, thank you for posting. Many practitioners speak of a maximum of 21, what is the logic? Can one exceed this and what would be the results? Again many blessing to you and thank you!
As far as I know, you can do more than 21, but you only really need to do 21.
great video - love the music - who is the composer? regards MC
bookmarked Thank you~
@TheFiore1105 Sorry... having a rather big classical music library and it is not possible for me to give you the exact name of this specific beautiful piece of music.
Can I exercise before or after the Five Tibetans to train surja namaskar? Thanks for the answer and have a nice day.
Hi, first of all you are a good looking Woman :)
And i tried it only for 2 days now and it is so energizing WOW, thanks for that...beside making me energized all day long...should it do anything else? like hair re-growth on scalp? or toned body?
can i do it more than once a day? how many?
Hi @Maryse! Thank you very much for this video! I was wondering... how many times a week these rites have to be done? I also practice yoga... how should I combine my regular yoga practice with the rites? I do feel nausea after spinning is that normal? Thank you very much
Thank you for the video. I'd like to know the title of the music that plays in the background during the information on the chakras. Thank you very much.
thanks! :)
Just at the beginning, when you are sitting in the Lotus position, which mudra are you doing?
Thanks
+Erica Lapayre It is just a natural way of sitting for me. After 30 years of yoga I don not even think about it anymore. It is just the way I sit at the beginning of an exercise.
