At first I was skeptic on getting the neogrip and I'm really used to the protection of the crystal case that I have on my switch lite. But since the neogrip was the only available at the time and I really want a grip, I bought the neogrip for my OLED. Surprisingly, I'm loving it also for the access to the kickstand. And it really goes perfect with their new EDC case while using the snap grip for portability. I wish they could come up with a grip that can still access the kickstand but offers more protection.
I’ve had the clear one for about a few weeks now, it took about a month to show up from China after ordering. I got it with the case so I can take it places a lot easier while using the grip. Without the case for the grip it makes it a bit more cumbersome to transport and left me worrying more my Switch would get damaged. So that’s something to keep in mind if you plan to purchase the grips from them. Overall I’m pleased with the purchase and felt the cost for the clear grip and the carrying case was reasonably priced for what you get.
Slight warning to people who are thinking about buying one, it can loosen the switch's joycon rails over time. The joycons themselves are fine and function perfectly on the switch and are still tight on some other switch or joycon grip, but they will slide into the neo-grip switch much easier, only having to really push them down so they click and lock. I don't know if this applies to any tight switch grip, but it's something worth noting and considering before buying.
Great video man. Answered a lot of my questions I had. The only reason I havent gotten a grip is A. I was always scared of scratching or scuffing my switch and B. Didn't want docking and un-docking to be a hassle since I split my playtime up about 50/50 between handheld and docked. Looks like those concerns are both unnecessary.
I got the neogrip for my Switch OLED and it's the best grip case I've had hands down. Especially considering that I have huge hands so holding the Switch with those minuscule controllers and no grip is impossible for me without having pain and cramps after like half an hour of gameplay. I bought like 3 other cheap grips before but they were far from perfectly comfortable. This neogrip solved everything, now I can play for extended periods of time without any problems. Before owning the OLED I had a Switch Lite and the skull & co gripcase lite was also the perfect solution (obviously using the largest grip attachment in both cases). Now my wife uses the lite and she also loved the gripcase lite and she has super small hands but still the largest attachment was the most comfortable for her too. Skull & Co definitely makes the best accesories. Also the carrying cases for those grip cases are amazingly well made and have space to store lots of stuff (even a power bank). I can't recommend this products enough.

I have both the new Zengrip(finally) and S&CO Neogrip. They are similar as in they are grips that fit an oled switch. Having big hands and used to the rubberized ergonomics of the Satisfe they feel nothing alike when compared personally. The S&CO was best option at the time, better then not having a grip.
I just ordered my clear case for my Splatoon Switch thanks to this video! I know they offer a Splatoon specific case as well, but the colors on the website are deceiving. The left handle is blue, not purple according to another video I watched. Also, that case is smoked instead of clear and I want the graphics on the back of the Switch to be more visible. So I opted for the white as the back of the Joycons and the dock is white. I think it'll look great! Thanks for the video!
One thing to note is that the tpu case yellows (which is completely normal for tpu) but its something to consider! I didnt consider it when buying and i dont like the look of it now because it looks dirty 😥 just ordered the neogrip to replace it!
I was one who got the original black one on indiegogo, I was so hyped about it, also I suggested the idea to have the option to charge your Switch while it is in the case. But I used it only few times, the issue was taking the Switch out from the grip, everytime I did it I have a feeling I would break my joycons it was so tight, so I droped it and used a cheaper cover. Now the clear one looks nice but I am afraid if I get it I would have the save problem that the cover would be to tight.
I just got the crystal one, had the first black one, and skull n co seems to have gone backwards, the only thing better about the crystal is the way you can change grips, which is pretty sad. The tpu is flimsier and doesn't hug my switch like the black one, triggers get stuck, I can't dock it easily, I have to remove the case to dock it because it's thicker and it gets stuck. It seems worse in almost every way, I don't get it when companies do shit like this, they had the perfect product and they ruined it.
I feel the kickstand access on the Neogrip is almost pointless because it won't stay on if you remove the Joycons. You'd have to carry an extra controller, which I often don't do for portability reasons.

This is actually a hard choice LOL. when it comes to what all to pick,if you pick the Hori pad, your giving up HD Rumble, also it won't fit in a case, when attached, like when using a satisfy grip/case,instead of a Hori Pad. Also some of the other grips, have a kick stand, by using satisfy, you don't get a kickstand and if you don't use satisfy, that would cause you to sacrifice being able to put your grip and switch into a case, like the satisfy offers. Also if you use a satisfy case, you sacrifice, the ability to use a case that has more than one game holder/game holder flaps/some cases hold more games/some cases have 10 game slots/sleeves,per flap,so some hold 20 games, vs the satisfy case, where it only allows for one flap of games vs the two you get with some other cases, but by not using the satisfy case, you cant store your grip and Switch, in one case. The other issue, with the Hori Pad,POTENTIALLY,is, it MAY use more battery, when in handheld mode, compared to traditional joycons.
