Nice work there buddy , I have never used jigs before as I don’t get the chance to fish over on the coat much ,the price you pay when you live inland , I definitely will hunt for some jigs and give it a go next time I’m over on the rocks . Ripper of a fish I would be stoked with that to , fantastic. 👍

@@robtaylorshotwater yeh prefer shallower zones nowadays for lure casting, lost a Barrie last Easter at your Darren’s fav spot on the cast by myself , fished with not so little anymore Johnny for the first time in about 20 yrs yesterday , still a great bloke and keen fisho , stating we’ll clear of break wall and island

Great session mate, last season at that spot was absolute chaos but they were super fussy fixed on micro bait. Tight lines.

4m gaff it’s about 30 yrs old I’m sure there’s an equivalent now but make sure it’s light in the hand many are too heavy imo
