Hi Chris, Just to let you know. Up until the mid 90's HSTs running at over 100Mph had to have 2 qualified drivers on board. So the 2 figures, on a high speed line would need to go in just one power car. There was also an edict that no one was permitted to ride in the back power car of a HST, as the fire system was halon gas and when the power car was not the lead could activate automatically with no audible warning!
Good work. The drivers look great. Working on your holiday shows commitment, but I'm with your wife. Time out is supposed to be Time out. Happy holidays.
Nice one. The HST is definitely improved by having a driver, even at our scale. I wouldn't be able fit crew in my 08 due to the amount fizzy wires in there. HST drovers are a must though. Thanks for the video, enjoy your holiday.
Hi Chris. We have a holiday home in Sheringham that we visit 3-4 times a year, so I know Smith's Models, the North Norfolk Railway (aka the Poppy Line) and the town very well. Which town/village are you staying in? I hope you're having a great time and that your wife doesn't kill you (at least, not in front of your son!). The HST figures look great, so I'll check them out.
Good to see that you have some of your TT120 on holidays, great to know I am not the only one with a model railway disorder. Enjoy your holiday.
