- Want to ensure you don't lose your Game-Saves? Here's a Tutorial on How to Activate your PS4 Profiles on 9.00
NOTE : You won’t be able to use your old save files easily (the ones created before activation). They’ll show as broken. Maybe you can recover them with Playstation-4-Save-Mounter.
You’ll have to delete your trophies (via FTP) because they will be signed with the unactivated account and all the games you try to launch will error out.

I have JB 9.00, but wanted to play an original disc game Warhammer 40K inquisitor, but require an online connection even if you only want to play local co-op. I never had an answer for this psn activation on a jailbreak ps4 from other channels hopefully you can answer this so I have official ps4 games on an external hdd but they're some that are locked will this method unlock those games?

No you can go ahead and use your PSN ID, Since you're Jailbroken you can't go online on Sony Servers. You should be fine!

So what happens if you activate or change the 16 charachters id and activate it on your first account? You will get np-32038-6 errors. Now if you revert back to your original id and save again it's still present. Any ideas?

Ps vita you can play online no problem using psn activator
But how do you sign in to psn without updating?
This might be a stupid question. I own a ps4 and a ps5. Is there a way i can download a ps4 game iso and save it onto my account. Then go onto my ps5 and have the game there? Although I suppose it would require internet to sync the accounts but if i turned the console off and on again wouldn't it reset the console to normal firmware so that it would be possible or would i require updating the firmware to past 9.00. Any advice would be amazing.
That's actually nothing close to how it actually works :) What you're talking about is similar to purchasing a game with your PSN account and having it reflect on all signed in devices using the PSN. With a Jailbroken PS4, There's nothing associated with your PSN account or the Sony Servers, it's all offline and just physically on that particular PS4 so in short, No. It will not reflect on your PS5.

As I mentioned in the Video, you can extract your PSN ID from your Game save backups (Shown in the video) use that PSN ID and Activate your PS4 with it. Then you should be able to restore all the backed up games.

i cant find this for 5.05 im on 5.05
so i have a save from HZD i played on 9.03. Can i change it with save mounter to play on my jailbroken 9.00? I am reading the instructions from Agraber's updated version of save mounter and the directions make it sound like "no" i canyt do that

Save wizard does strip off the PSN-validation on GameSaves, So yes you can use them.
Gran Turismo Sport only saves online. And i play offline since i use jailbreak. Will this PSN thing help to save GT Sport progress?

That sucks man because the 9.03 update is what fixed the 9.00 exploit. I did that with the last exploit I just stop using my PS4 since June until 9.00 came

i dont understand why it is encouraged to make the id random. wouldnt it make more sense to make it like 1234567890123456 so then we can all use the saves we create and sony has no idea whos who?

When I use this method and send over my God of War save file from USB to PS4 9.0 Jailbroken, it seems to work fine. Until I click continue in God of War menu and the game crashes with error code CE-34878-0. Any thoughts?

How do you have Ps Plus activated?and what is it for?
PS Plus activated was even before 9.00 Jailbreak, It remained the same way - However, I just can't go online. As for PSN Activation it's to backup & restore your game saves.

Why not just ftp to ur console and bacup your game saves? Do u really need to copy with usb?
Not everyone would want to go through the extra steps of FTP & using a PC etc - This is just a simpler method the way Sony had made it. However of course, FTP is an option too.

Is there any way to convert a game save region? I have a save on my account for ghost of Tsushima in Japanese, but my current game is EU.
@@Dirt33breaks Not sure if Game regions would make a difference, See if you're able to? If not, There's a tool called Save Mounter which I'll be making a video about shortly.
@@SamDaniel2020 they do make a difference, my Japanese game save does not work with my eu gsme, and my god of war retail save does not work with my downloaded and installed ps now game. (So it must be a different region)

Wouldn't make a difference, You still can't go online to access PSN or Multiplayer since you need to be on the latest version to do that (9.03) - However, you can get 2 different PS4's and use one as a Jailbroken on and the other as an online PS4

Haha, Already have one mentioned for 'All firmwares' this is specific to the 9.00 because of the skipping GoldHen bit. But Web Activator is the super easiest and without a PC.

Be glad when they make it where you don't have to rejail break and install everything again non stop
Re-Jailbreaking is only after a Restart/Shutdown - However, Installing is a one-time thing unless you delete your pkgs. You can tackle the Re-Jailbreaking by using Rest-Mode.
