My kids from a early age have seen me crying. They've come and hugged me and told me everything is going to be alright. Kids need to see emotions and not just happiness because that isn't true life.

My nephew was born at 29 weeks. He was only 3lbs. He had to stay in the NICU that was 1 hour away from where we lived. We visited him every other day and called everyday to check on him. My sister was just like you. She didn't want to really celebrate or do anything until he came home. So I understand that feeling. He finally came home after one month on my sister birthday! She was so happy to finally have him home and a reason to celebrate on her birthday. He's 5 years old now and in Kindergarten doing great. So hang in there and know he will be home soon and will be happy and healthy as ever.

My nephew was born at 29 weeks. He was only 3lbs. He had to stay in the NICU that was 1 hour away from where we lived. We visited him every other day and called everyday to check on him. My sister was just like you. She didn't want to really celebrate or do anything until he came home. So I understand that feeling. He finally came home after one month on my sister birthday! She was so happy to finally have him home and a reason to celebrate on her birthday. He's 5 years old now and in Kindergarten doing great. So hang in there and know he will be home soon and will be happy and healthy as ever.

Renee I’m sorry you’re feeling depressed with baby boy. I can only imagine how you feel 🥺 I gave birth to my son 3 months ago and can’t imagine having to leave him at the hospital! But time will go quickly and soon he will be home!!

And I did the same thing with my youngest daughter,we got our nose pierced at the same time but she's 13. It's amazing to do something with your kids especially your daughters.
