Guess: Al-Muhalla by Ibn Hazm, Al-Mughni by Ibn Qudama… and maybe Nayl Ul-Awtar by Ash-Shawkaani or something by An-Nawawi or the book of ijma by a Maliki scholar (don’t remember who it was) or Ar-Risaala by Ash-Shafi’i

this are high level book which this scholar Rahimahullah, g beyond their on mazahib. I have read part of al-Mughni of Ibn Qudama. such an amazing book.

I could agree that he is a faqieh, but having the right to give fatwa? Where is the mention of usul al fiqh and other sciences ya oestaadh?

It's a given that you would need to have studied introductory books before memorizing these three anyways
That’s what a faqeeh does. He gives fatwas.
And I completely disagree. What the speaker mentioned is only a drop of water compared to everything else you need to study and memorized to actually deserve the right to give a fatwa like the earliest scholars did. Imam Ahmad for example: memorized more than 400x times the number of Hadiths in both of the books mentioned. Not to mention his understanding of the Arabic language.
He assumes that the person has already achieved the Osoolul Fiqhi, otherwise even if he studies those books without the correct tools, he will still be a Muqallid

@@temmy9813 some of the ads having music and haram in it and are promoting haram. What you earn from that is completely haram. In order to do advertising that is sharia compliant on youtube, you must be in control of the ads you are showing and that is only possible with in video ads not youtube ads. Allah knows best

Misleading information.
You can memorize all those books but you still won't be a true Muslim rather like a blind man who may think that the whole world is dark.
A true Muslim is he/she who follows none other than "the book" of Allah.
The rest are simply books written by men who wish to implement their personal understanding as "the Deen"
May Allah SWT guide you
The quran was written by the same people..
Akhi the 2 books he mentioned contain only Ahadeeth from the Prophet ﷺ which is revelation from Allaah.
(( Proof that the ahadeeth are revelation is in the following verses [An-Najm: 3,4]:
*{وما ينطق عن الهوى ، إن هو إلا وحي يوحى}*
*Nor does he (The Prophet) speak of (his own) desire. It is only a Revelation revealed.* ))
As for the books of the madhabs, they are books to help understand the ahadeeth, as the religion is based on principles. Should we understand the ahadeeth the way we see fit, or understand them how the companions did (whom Allaah praised in the Qur`an and chose them to learn directly from the Prophet ﷺ)?
Our teacher mentioned books of Ahadeeth and the way that the Salaf interpreted them... not 'simply books written by men.'
