Honestly!! I rode velocicoaster twice back in February and it made me realize we have such shit rides in LA. It was perfect…smooth, fast af, immersive, COMFORTABLE. Everything you can ask for from a modern rollercoaster
@@blackjack21477 I'm riding it for the first time next month! We really do not have very many quality coasters in Socal , tbh. I still think Ghostrider is the best coaster in SoCal and that's sad. Some say X2 and Twisted Collosus; but I've ridden better RMCs and X2 is so rough now. So idk. Lol.
i bet these construction workers are gonna look back and be happy you have this epic video footage of them doing their job in the sunset above the city pretty cool!!! you should let em know your channel when they finish haha!
I found out that they are watching. But I hope they come across my Instagram account too and see the photos. There's one of a worker sitting on the track at sunset with Nintendo World in the background. I'm pretty happy with how it came out.
Yeah, I was feeling like it wasn't gonna happen. Ha. Thanks for your dedication in watching. Glad my excitement is making you wanna watch every update. Means a lot!
im pretty sure they installed all the tracks as close to the escalator as possible to encourage horror nights guests to come back and ride when its done it makes you want to ride it to see the track!!! i can see it from my house i cant wait!!! thanks for update!
I'm not sure it was intentional, but it's sure drawing a lot of attention during HHN. Awesome you can see if from you house! You're welcome and thanks for watching.
They delivered about 12 new supports to the site today. No construction as of closing. They were actually tightening the supports, filling the supports with sand And pouring concrete today.
@@stephenn77 blowing it in with a huge and very loud vacume like truck there is a hole in the top of the supports they were connecting to. They filled each one in about 3-10 minutes depending on the size.
@@AmericasCoasterNetwork It would be smart design to have each train patterned after different character's cars. Or each car in the train represent a different franchise character's car.
If you live in the area - go and see this. It's like being a kid playing with your tonka truck plus roller coaster. Oh, and there's some awesome views of the project from the HHN houses.
Walked past you as you were filming yesterday. Sooo wanted to ask you about anything happening at Magic Mountain's Golden Bear construction site. BUT, you were busy filming and I didn't want to bother you. Great to see them laying that piece of track! I told my friend to go ride "something" just so I could gawk at the construction for a while. Thanks for all the vids...I watch every one as soon as their posted.
I haven't heard anything about the Golden Bear project in a long time. I was there on Friday for Fright Fest and it looked the same. Love that you sent your friend away for a bit so you could watch the track going in! If you see me again and I'm not actively filming, don't hesitate to come say hello. If it isn't something being installed, I'm always taking breaks between areas.
Cool to see the people building roller coasters are doing the exact same shit to get things to fit that I try when I'm installing something on my Jeep lmao.
@@AmericasCoasterNetwork It was AMAZING!!!! lucky enough to see Hill Valley and to see how F&F has come on over the last few months! Can’t rate the VIP tour highly enough!
Absolutely! And there's so much more to go. I've seen the fan-made animation many times. But then seeing it in person is a completely different experience! I can't wait to see the inversion over the escalators!
As there's multiple tracks going over another in this section, they tend to focus on the lowest sections as it's easier to install, i presume the next step after this would be supports and then the track for the inversion over it.
I almost didn't even notice that when I visited today! Had to go back and reference pictures. With so much going on, it's sometimes difficult to remember what's been done and what is new.
@@AmericasCoasterNetwork most likely to connect to under the escalators. Remember when putting in track they do the lower sections first when the tracks are clustered together. With the exception of the drop because it needed to be supported between 2 other pieces of track. So the cranes can place track without damaging track that could be over it. Also They really only work a couple of hours at the end of each day on supports or track. The main focus is the final few footings pours and the retaining wall pours. After that closing the show building for the rainy season. So work can commence all winter with no interruptions. If they simply just worked on track and supports it would be done in less than a month. I’ve heard they also have a bonus on when construction turns the keys over to the ride manufacturer for testing. And currently they are extremely ahead. Soft socal soil and good weather was a major factor. No swamps and water table to deal with like in Florida. Just dig deep footings and you are golden here in California.
Still amazes me how much work it is to just align a piece of track. keep in mind that the piece of track they put up didn't have supports. Most of the turns or half loops should be easier.
@AmericasCoasterNetwork I remember Tatsu at Magic Mountain. This compares to it. However, I think there is going to be little downtime to catch your breath on F&F.
Yeah, Tatsu is the last time I followed a project of this scale. But F&F is even larger. And, yeah, I doubt there will be little time to catch your breath.
0:40 I saw you there filming this footage. It was on my birthday and I was leaving and told my girlfriend I hope I got to see how the video turned out and UA-cam answered my prayers 🙏🤣🤙🏾all love brother. Love the content!
Nothing makes me happier than seeing a shiny new Intamin being installed 20 minutes away from me! I am so excited!
Intamin!!

Velocicoaster’s little brother!
I can't imagine the amount of precise calculations these guys are doing to get everything to line up so perfectly...
This is my first time actually seeing the construction of this coaster. I like how tight the layout is. Great footage and report.
Thank you very much!
I'm glad they are getting this coaster up fast, I can't wait for the testing phase 🔥
Same, I’m hoping they’ll soft open like they did with Nintendo world
Agreed! I'm in Van Nuys and can't wait to visit and ride this. Keeping my pass for this ride. 😋
I love how excited you get about seeing track put in! Shows how much you love doing this for your followers! Awesome footage you got!!👏
Thanks!! The excitement is real. And it makes a video more fun to watch. I grew up watching Huell Howser. Probably channeling him a bit.
So so cool you got to show us how the track is installed. Was really satisfying! They make it look so easy. Like giant LEGO.
It's a pretty awesome process for sure! I hope to catch many more! Thanks for watching.

12 new supports?!? Yes! Love it! Thanks for the info.
@@AmericasCoasterNetwork they are very short. Looks like for the middle section next to the launch towards the lower lot.
Sand so it doesn’t roar like Riddler’s! I’m sure they want it quiet due to its location. I wonder how they fill it?

It's going to be one heck of a pleasurable coaster!
Almost seems on the scale of X2!
That's what I've been saying!
They were only doing cleanup. Concrete and hill terraforming. No no supports up since your update.
Thanks for the update!
My dad appears in the video, hes one of the workers helping to make it :D

Makes sense. But, with Xcelerator at Knott's Berry Farm, they installed the top hat first, and then the track underneath. No idea why.
yay!
Extended track from final brake run. The track went from the square tracks to 2 rounded supports.
