They are doing another track piece and support stabilizers between supports right now this evening. The track is about to jump the access road to the figure 8 before the 2nd launch. All footers to 2nd launch are done.
Thanks for the great updates. I've been watching people's HHN lives trying to catch glimpses of the coaster construction. Every time someone goes down the escalators I'm yelling at my phone "Turn left and show the construction!!!" These kind of updates are much more convenient. 😊🎉
You're welcome. And that has to be maddening!! I'm honestly quite shocked that more people aren't covering the coaster construction in depth. Yes, there's other stuff going on in the park. But this is truly a once in a lifetime event. I've been covering coaster construction since X at Six Flags Magic Mountain and Xcelerator at Knott's Berry Farm. And this is, by far, the most excited I've been to watch a coaster get built since those days.
Thanks! Even though I got to see them lift a piece last week, I really wanted to see another. And I missed the first section yesterday by maybe 30 mins or so. Was still an exciting time.
@@AmericasCoasterNetwork What's so interesting to me is that we don't really see how much work they truly do. They have tons of workers working on the interior of the building. They also work early in the morning, and sometimes during HHN. Like the other day they were doing Maintenace on the switch tracks.
Well said! Yeah, it's hard to see all the little things going on inside the station building. And it's pretty awesome how they have crews at different times. Like the track/support people coming in later.
Thanks. Well, I caught some of it. But, along with last week's vlog, I've captured the entire process. Of installing track. And there's a TON more to go.
I was in the park today (the 25th) and that piece of track was fully installed and they were prepping a new piece. Like you, I wasn't able to stick around long enough to see them install it. As I was leaving the crane was lifting some work lights into place so they were definitely prepping to be there for a few hours.
Thanks for the update! Nice to know they were already working on another piece! Because they didn't get any track in between what I saw last last week and this update.
That's correct. There will be 4 launches. One out of the station, one heading out to the far point where it'll launch into an turnaround inversion, another after that inversion, and a final one before the inversion over the escalators.
The only thing I think you missed is the huge concrete pour they had at the bottom side of the lower lot. It bigger than the one on the side of the escalators that has 5 supports connected to it. I think the tallest portion of this might be that lower lot turn around. Thanks for this video.
Was it in the narrow area before the far turnaround? I looked in that direction from the overlook and didn't see much. Meant to show it on video but then got distracted by the track install. And you're welcome for the video.
@@AmericasCoasterNetwork when we finally see the supports that go there I think they are going to be super beefy. Or has the canopy/scream shield connected to it.
Your the best person to watch in terms of the Fast and Furious coaster construction!
Thank you! That truly means a lot!! 😊

Oh, that's so exciting! Thanks for the update! I'll be back on Monday or Tuesday and can't wait to see what they've done and are doing.

I have respect for you trying to see them lift the track.

@@virus3952 yep i was at HHN the other day and saw them working on switch tracks at the end of the ride, exciting stuff
Props for sticking it out and catching them installing a piece of track!

another amazing video i can finally see that S turn coming together
Thanks. Yeah, that section of track is where it'll bank to the right. I can't wait to see it next week!
Looks awesome! I love all the Intamin track😍
Also here before GRLPowerCoasters
Thats really cool nice video for that roller coaster update
Thank you!
Was at the park yesterday, this project is so damn cool. Can't wait to ride.
Thanks, Chris! Very cool!! Did you notice if they had lights to keep working. I didn't see any.
They have lights. But I didn't look for them. I've seen people post videos of them working during HHN and they had lights.
Oh heck yeah, new update!! 😎
i cant wait to ride fast and the furious
Intamin is taking over USH:)!!
They sure are!
YES!
I saw a diagram where there were 4 launch points on the coaster. Does this sound right?
That's correct. There will be 4 launches. One out of the station, one heading out to the far point where it'll launch into an turnaround inversion, another after that inversion, and a final one before the inversion over the escalators.
@@AmericasCoasterNetwork any ideas of speed of the coaster yet?
@@roycecharlton4924the rumor is that it’s max speed will be 73 mph. However, I have no idea where it came from; it’s just been spreed around

I'll try to get a good look next time. It isn't the easiest spot to view.
Maybe we’ll get to the point eventually where they do more than a track piece or two a week! :)
Why rush when they have until 2026! Haha! But yeah, agreed. I'm sure it'll eventually speed up. They've been quick with supports when those go up.
@@AmericasCoasterNetwork It better be January 1st, 2026!! 🎢🙌🏻
They added new track
Nice! I look forward to returning!
Hopefully they get rid of that horrible fast and the furious attraction in Orlando and give us this 😂
Y'all are spoiled down there in Fla.
Let Cali get some love.
