Options in wind energy are fascinating. Working through experimental stages may bring fantastic promise for the future. I have subscribed, being interested in more news from your channel. Thanks. Owen Son of Herman

Woul'd that concept function also in chaotic wind situations? Like those which exists behind obstacles like houses etc.?

@@MajidElahi ⚠️ God has said in the Quran:
🔵 { O mankind, worship your Lord, who created you and those before you, that you may become righteous - ( 2:21 )
🔴 [He] who made for you the earth a bed [spread out] and the sky a ceiling and sent down from the sky, rain and brought forth thereby fruits as provision for you. So do not attribute to Allah equals while you know [that there is nothing similar to Him]. ( 2:22 )
🔵 And if you are in doubt about what We have sent down upon Our Servant [Muhammad], then produce a surah the like thereof and call upon your witnesses other than Allah, if you should be truthful. ( 2:23 )
🔴 But if you do not - and you will never be able to - then fear the Fire, whose fuel is men and stones, prepared for the disbelievers.( 2:24 )
🔵 And give good tidings to those who believe and do righteous deeds that they will have gardens [in Paradise] beneath which rivers flow. Whenever they are provided with a provision of fruit therefrom, they will say, "This is what we were provided with before." And it is given to them in likeness. And they will have therein purified spouses, and they will abide therein eternally. ( 2:25 )

What power where you able to generate with your demonstrator with decent wind conditions in this size?

    Neat idea
I imagine you would get better output by mounting multiple separate piezos running through diode gates
By having a single piezo it stretches on one side and compresses on the other, I think one side would push out electrons and the other would suck them in, but a single piezo washes out inside making heat without going out to the be used
Also harmonics are important, wind speed and length matter
It could be tricky because you would need different lengths for different speeds
Maybe a design like a branching tree, long sticks branching to shorter sticks, branching and branching to tiny little hairs on every surface
You might also be able to tune the spindle by moving a weight up and down, you could adjust the frequency and wind speed attenuation
Also not sure how much of the spindle is useful, eg on a rotating turbine the center doesn't do much,
On your design does the whole spindle do work or is it just the end
You could also make a modified version with strings,
Place strings in tension, when wind blows across the strings they should vibrate and vary tension, a piezo on the end would be compressed and decompressed
String is cheap but the structure could be difficult
Cables on suspension bridges could possibly work
Also you could use this on tall buildings,
Skyscrapers put in a lot of effort to avoid shaking in the wind, it could be interesting to see how much could be harvested if tall buildings embraced turbulence haha😅
Also you could apply this to standard wind mills

I wonder if there's some way to capture the kinetic energy of leaves on tree branches moving in the wind . . . hmmm. Perhaps some sort of sensor(s) accumulating the electrical force or signals in the branches?

  • @urbandad885

Did so. Even if a hundred people invented it at the same time, they still all thought it up themselves. This is common when masses are taken by the same interests.
