    I’m 55 have had a significant weight loss and never exercised properly. I have weak legs, that need some exercise to make them stronger. Thank you for your videos

    I am 62 yrs , Thanks a lot for your excercises , I have weak leg , I will be not able to lift up my leg upper footpath, bus, train, n down my leg on surface pls send me some excercise for me suggest you.....
