Jake got his DNA results from 23 and me! He was so excited to learn more about himself. Since Jake went through foster care and was adopted it was nice to learn his DNA ancestry!

you should look more into the native side of jakes dna, if he wants to! most likely his parent or grandparent was 100% native and possibly in a tribe which might really help him in the future.
Most likely it will be from Mexico, I think there's 17 different Native tribes in Mexico which will be very interesting to see which one he belongs too.
Native American does not mean the united states specifically, the many native peoples lived all the way from Canada to south America...their borders were not our current ones. Jake is basically half native american (the continent) and half spanish/portuguese....which is exactly what mexicans are.

Jake is going to eligible be for lots of scholarships when he is older with that percentage of Native American ! I’d keep it in mind 💕
Native American doesnt mean just north america. North, central, and south america is all Indigenous land. We didnt have the colonial borders we do now. Plus, with the spanish/Portuguese mix it's more likely his tribe is in mexico. So if that's the case your advice is null.
Most likely not. His Native American ancestry is likely Mexican, so he doesn't qualify to be a member of any tribe or nation in the US.
Usually for scholarships you would have to be a member of a federally recognized tribe which you would need to prove familial descent or something like that. Unless Jake meets his biological family and can tell him what tribe hes from then he probably wouldn't be able to get any scholarships. Idk for sure tho I'm just guessing. I know for me when I applied for a scholarship it was a long process.

I've watched a few videos from this channel, and I have to say Alex cracks me up. He is not only sweet & humble, but has an amazing sense of humor yet he's not afraid to show his emotion. So glad he found a stable adoptive family and his brother as well. All the kids are adorable. They grow up so quick. If you're ever in Baltimore, lunch is on me!

If the bones for Maddie are rawhide don’t use them. TRUST ME! I had a dog who had a bad experience to them & the vet said “yah we see this a lot rawhide aren’t really for dogs.” I was confused but after lots of research I learned rawhide really are not good for dogs.

Except for being in pictures on vacation, when i have to record and when im in front of camera, I'm always shy.
I noticed that from day one and she tends to try and act alot but she's new to being in front of a camera . She'll get useto it with time and it'll be normal. She's a young kid who went from a rough life to a amazing family and a little fame over night. That's a huge culture shock . Shes a kid she's probably so excited to be all over the internet.

Just because they know their family doesn’t mean they know their true background and their percentages will be completely different.
When I first started watching and saw Jake I was like "he might be related" jokingly of course. This was solely on appearances, he looks similar to Zapotecan which is a Native American Tribe found in Oaxaca Mexico, We (I am 40%) all look alike as kids. Now that he might be from the same native tribe is interesting! Unfortunately many tribes in Mexico do not keep as well of documents on family history but is definitely something to look into if you are able!

I always thought he looks sooooo much like my brother! We are from Curacao, and have native ancestors too, not African like many in the Caribbean. And those Natives originally came from somewhere in South America but we're not sure which tribe, but many native kids look so much alike! Very interesting.

Ariana curly hair is so pretty hopefully she realizes and starts to wear it curly more and learn how to take care of it as its so much pressure sometimes when you don't know how to take care of it so she should watch videos with people who have curly hair to learn about it more :)

That is so sweet they sent a birthday present for Maddie! Be very careful with those rawhide bones though, they are super bad for dogs. They can get lodged in their stomachs because they can’t digest them properly!!

i think they tried dance or gymnastics for her but because of her special needs the instructors and crystal felt it was best to pull her

I hope Jake can do research on his specific Native American ancestry. He may well be eligible to enroll in one or more Tribes, and there are lifelong benefits to that. Including possible preferential admission to college, and including free or very low cost healthcare for life through the Indian Health Service for him and any bio children he may have. There may be other benefits I’ve forgotten about. I don’t know how you’d find out about his history, but if you can find a way to do it it’s very worthwhile. (The Navaho and Hopi reservations are in Arizona.)

Have you watched the film instant family? If not you and Aaron definitely should its just been put on netflix and its about a couple that focus all their time on property development and have never thought about having kids before but then end up adopting 3 children all in one go. Its really funny and emotional in so me parts but I'm sure you both will definitely relate to it all, I very much reccomend it!
Praying hard for halie. My dad committed suicide at 38 when I was 21 Because of his Childhood & The fact he couldn't handle the emotions he had about growing up in foster care . It was the most Devastating day of my life all because he didn't want to ask for help. I'm so proud of her for stepping up and asking for help. That's the first step of showing strength. All of you are in my prayers.

When you were talking about the green bath tub, it made me giggle because when we were remodeling my house I really wanted an old fashioned green bath tub, sink, shower and toilet and we looked all over until we found them from different sellers that removed theirs out of their house. It took forever to find them! And for upstairs I got an old fashioned pink standing sink. 😉
This video inspired me to check my 23 and me results one more time. I did. I found my biological mom after two decades. if it wasn’t for this video i would’ve never checked it, so thank you so, so much
