Ha! You will be switching out shoes soon enough, my friend. Many of the finest people on earth sell their belongings and are houseless while on the AT so don't let it get you down ... in hindsight Everyone is apart of your Journey and in the end you won't want to change a thing !
All I know is my shoes are still holding up. Everyone else is limping around, and even leaving trail with theirs. They were great for the rocks!

If you do choose to go on the road.. remember in Tennessee it's illegal to be homeless... The law is new and ridiculous but it's what's going on so just careful once your here.. maybe stay on the trail though Tennessee or catch a ride though somehow.

Everyone has seen their fill of the road and views from the road, nothing special really but being out in nature and being away from modern society is therapeutic for your entire being. Hey nomad you need to get a Sawyer mini they can filter up to 100,000 thousand gallons of water it's very light weight only a couple of oz. You can get it at a Walmart for 20$ bucks and cleans 99.999999

Hey Rob, Glad to see you're still doing good. Eventually you will need another pair of shoes. You covered a lot of miles in those sketchers and still got plenty more until you reach your destination. If I were to name you Rob, it would be "Travelin Man". I think that's a good name in my opinion. Wifi does make things easier. These days lots of things require wifi in order to work. It would be nice to invest in a small tablet and download movies while connected to wifi, so you could watch them later when you are in your tent at night. You could always delete them after you watch them as well to save space on the tablet. It's just an idea. Well Rob, always take extra care of yourself and until your next video, God bless.

I’m sure if you asked your viewers to make an updated map with your mileage completed, and satellite views, someone with a bit of skill can do that for you, as long as you keep them updated of your location. Wish I could help you, but I have zero skills two do such a thing. Doing great! Keep going!
I feel your frustration over the filming/uploading stuff. Don't worry about your content though. It's all good! You should take a picture of your sketchers with your foot up on a trail marker; send it to sketchers with a paragraph about what you're doing and include what you said about hikers judging you by your footwear. Ask them to sponsor you a new pair to pick up at some destination down the journey. You never know, they may help you out. You're doing great, Nomad! Stay true to yourself. Hey, don't you wish you could float around like those Turkey Vultures?

Download a video compressor... It will shrink a 50 or 100 mb video ( or bigger) down to say a 10 or 20 mb file... And therefore by making the video smaller it will greatly increase the speed you can upload it
