you probably dont give a damn but does anyone know a trick to get back into an instagram account? I was dumb lost the account password. I would appreciate any tricks you can offer me
@Edwin Immanuel thanks so much for your reply. I got to the site thru google and I'm waiting for the hacking stuff atm. Takes a while so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
These trainees don't even deserve to be called cadets. They seem like they have never been to a formal maritime academy where cleanliness, professional development, and formality are taught. It's called the Merchant Navy for a reason, not the "merchant boat club." This is why the 4-year training school program is a better approach, so that cadets are able to gain their first experience on a dedicated training ship, not make fools of themselves while out in the real industry.
When I was interested in being a seafarer I went to a maritime college for deck and engine room officers I graduated with a bachelor of nautical science degree. Started on my first ship as a 3rd officer with deck and and bridge tesponsibilities. There doing the same things that deck officers start out with. Many over my years I've seen give up because the responsibility is to great especially those of 1st mate
To be honest I’d report the captain to the company For being disrespectful to his crew like he was. I’d make a better captain than the one on this ship because it’s not right to be disrespectful to anyone or @ the next port your crew might walk off the ship & never return. Rule #1 never Disrespect your Crew or you won’t have one.
Yes, how was I disrespectful? I always worried I was a bit too soft with my lot. FYI only the Scots cadet is still at sea, as far as I know... Nicola ended up as my boss (ish) as Safety Supervisor. The moral of the story being - be nice to folk because you never know where or when you'll meet them again.
I think you need to differentiate between disrespect and authority Dana. I sailed with many captains as a deck officer and I would say he's fine tbh. He went through the same sort of training as they did and even admitted he wasn't perfect as a gadget. on camera :)
Hey can u make videos of engine room
