Judy, this is one of the most fascinating guest presenting information yet. Microbiome and fecal transplant issues to take into account is mind blowing.Thank you from Canada. Blessings.
I've watched many videos with Kiran, and this is the first time I have seen Judy as the host. Of all the women who have hosted him, you are the best that I have seen. Have him on more, you are are good hostess.
This is one the most genuinely helpful and truthful videos about gut health I've ever seen since Natasha Campbell Mcbride's videos I watched 8 years ago. Thank you for bringing this to the people. P.S. I watched it in the 16 parts version before the above video was posted.
What about like all the harmful chemicals put on vegetation and the state of the soil, roundup is dangerous for example! I doubt our ancestors had leaky gut eating vegetation and animal, vegetation we eat now is different in so many ways.
Yep. But even the species and varieties of plants that we eat now are totally different and weakened compared to what our ancestors had. Round up is probably the biggest issue right now for humanity. Or you can go to a higher resolution and say that the attitude of "killing" our environment to ensure our own survival, is what will eventually kill us all, or render our lives unliveable. Chronic disease burden is going to increase massively over the next few years, mark my words.
I guess it boils down to “control what you are able to and let go of the rest.” We could stew ourselves into serious anxiety worrying about all the “what ifs” out there which we cannot alter. Our modern environment is growing toxic in leaps and bounds. Eating lots of meat, keeping my carbs down to less than 20 and walking outside has allowed me to drop and maintain a 40 pound weight loss. I minimize plants which should minimize toxins. I let the animals take the hit on them and eat lots of ruminate meat. I use glass or stainless steel utensils and avoid fluoride in my water. Now I will bring EVOO to my next pelvic and watch the expression on my gynecologists face lol. If my gut is leaky, I am blissfully unaware and frankly Scarlet, if it remains asymptomatic I will just soldier on. Fascinating talk and an eye opener, especially since most doctors STILL tell patients it’s all ‘genetic’! As a retired nurse practitioner it is fascinating how much the science has evolved since the 1970s-IF you screen your research and know how to interpret the data yourself. The bias and fraud in research makes me question everything now.
Hi Judy. Thanks for doing this interview and sharing it with us all. I have been using their products for about 2 weeks now and it has definitely shown positive effects. Are you able to share the cyber monday code that they currently are running?
I'm interested to hear Judy's response too as I tried this product when it first came out. It's expensive and I only tried one bottle. Not sure if they changed it all since they changed the name.
I am 80 soon to be 81 great doctor checks Carnivore diet still I would have loose stools often two o’clock in the AM read about MCS which I was asthmatic as a child so took a Claritin better but best has been listening to Dr Davis and the lactobacillus reuteri not middle of sleep formed too. I did have cdiff 15 years ago and ruptured appendix at 4 yrs. I did complain with those. I have been taking glycine thinking maybe leaky gut. Just try to solve things myself. I watch my glucometer like a hawk afraid of diabetes.
Have you tried a salt based electrolyte supplement like LMNT? Helps reduce my cravings a few hours after dinner - when I have an early one and don't want to eat before bed - especially those salty pb pretzels my husband eats!😬
So according to this two hour video. After fasting cutting out sugar what are the two main things I need to purchase to fix my gut wall and to add in living healthy micro biome? Please just list The most important two .
@@NutritionwithJudy for someone with an overgrowth of bacillus bacteria as indicated on stool test, would Megaspore not be recommended or would the bacillus strains in it help to lower the pathogenic strain of bacillus that is overgrown? Lab didn't specify strain of bacillus, just said it could be pathogenic and recommended berberine, plant tannins and uva ursi as a treatment.
Microbiomelabs Supplements : - MegaSporeBiotic (for a month) - MegaPre (as a follow up to MegaSpore) - MegaMucosa (helps repair mucosa lining) - Mega IgG2000 (if you’re having constipation or bloating issues. Helps clean up junk in bowels too) **but you can take them together too
I read an article about this in relation to SIBO. There were some quotes by Steffanie Seneff where she mentioned glyphosates paralyze the gut. Also mentioned the use of humic and fulvic acids such as in the IonBiome (formerly Restore) binds to glyphosates and chlorine dioxide (Jim Humble's MMS product) destroys glyphostes.
I do agree with many thouts, specially about the coconut oil, but : Why I need to be resilient for brocoli, and other plant shit, sorry, if I dont want to eat brocolli ever , anymore. And brocoli is full or 100 human carcinogens.
Where can I find info on how to use this to heal the gut in children? I struggle with knowing what sort of supplements and vitamins I should be giving my son and I feel healing the gut is probably the most important part but not sure where to start.
What are your thoughts on one serving a day (5-6 carb) of plain Fage yogurt on carnivore for the probiotics? If the yogurt doesn’t cause inflammatory symptoms or binge eating do you think it would be beneficial? Or is it better to just go without those carbs. I’ll try to catch one of your lives and ask this question there if you don’t see this here. Thanks for all you do Judy!! 💗

What products are you taking and how are you doing 3 months later?
Wow. Mind Blown !!!!
Seems like all microbiome experts think fiber is essential for optimal health
Thank you!! So much information!
Hi Judy did you look into the Iom Gut Health product? ( It was once called Restore, and created by Zach Bush)
@@NutritionwithJudy Thank you so much Judy, I respect your opinion.
I'm interested to hear Judy's response too as I tried this product when it first came out. It's expensive and I only tried one bottle. Not sure if they changed it all since they changed the name.
Hi Judy, thank you for your podcast, can you please tell me what the prebiotic is called? I would also like to order that from you. thank you
Thank you I like to watch the hole thing at once.
While I knit!!

1:46:26 what should i need to do then? I'm transitioning to carnivore and every month i experience cravings for sugar/sweets.
Pray without ceasing. And eat a lot of bacon or pork belly. High fat kills craving for anything.

real food and interact with nature

So how do you support keystone species on a meat based diet if they want oligosaccarides to be fed properly?
You can also use glucosamine.
First do MegaSporeBiotic which reconditions the gut. Then slowly introduce MegaPre, which is food for the keystone microbes …
You never have control over what you grow. The Chemtrails sprays massive amounts of chemicals and one of them is roundup

Explain the results from all the scientific studies he's performed and published then. Unless you have performed a full research study on chemtrails?
