Love all the effort that the makeup department put into achieving that 'backwards through hedge' style of hair!
lmao funny rouge-9
Lol😊😊
Didn't think I would find YOU here
I think this is the only lindybeige video with an actual script
Wrong. No script.
Lindybeige Really!? I'm impressed then
Not even a rough draft?
I opened the replies totally not expecting a lindybeige studios intern reply to be there.
We need a lindybeige vs beigelindy chess game video.
@@lindybeige How on earth you're able to have all the perfectly timed pauses, glances and facial expressions to non-existing sounds without a script? :o
We must create Sci-Fi cloning technology so we can have multiple Lloyds working together, its our only way forward as a species.
that's truer than it should be.
Just imagine your typical cubical farm office, filled with Lloyeds, all doing their busy work and editing videos while talking about things like history, the superiority of the color beige, and their sewing techniques, and the French.
Why are we wasting money on wars when we could be using that money to research cloning Lindy's for every household.
MrDUneven
i always wanted a Lindy. he'd make for the perfect cool uncle, to playfight with the kids and tell them cool stuff
Every production of a historical film will be sent a Lloyd clone as a historical advisor. He'll be delivered in a special crate, wrapped up in beige authenti-bubblewrap.
I don't care what anyone says, Lindy makes good videos
who says he doesnt?
teh katana plonkers end spandau fanboys
+Lednybeeg let's be real though that spandau video was very biased, LMGs aren't supposed to be extra heavy DMR's and Lindy was arguing the Bren is better simply because it is a heavy ass DMR. Spandau was better at it's job, which is suppressing fire. Bren guns are NOT so good at being LMGs. That's why the spandau influenced the M240, M249 and M60 heavily (all successful modern LMGs) and the Bren gun influenced visually zero modern support weapons
Virtually* not visually (damn you mobile device!)
Germans mostly.
the audio mixed so seamlessly i was really impressed all the way through this
So, this happened, and this already has more views than the amount of people in my city! Thank you so much to Lindybeige for making my birthday extra-special! I'm the Molly talked about in this video :) Also, a big thank you to everyone who's wished me a happy birthday in the comments, and happy Canada Day!
Molly Happy belated Birthday . Where is Redding ?
It's Reading, in Pennsylvania, USA @@markcantemail8018
Thanks for making cookies!
tomhath8413 I think you'll find Reading is in Berkshire.
Wow now you are 2 years older
This was priceless :D very nice
Metatron you are a great youtuber and person in general as well as introducing me to lindybiege and knyght errant and I wish you and all who you know and love well.
Indeed.
You got nice buns
Nice. Now do a real behind the scenes video, though. Show us around. Let's see where you do your editing and stuff. Your frying pan.
but he has shown us that
I remember seeing a blackened cooking pot, which the British seem to enjoy calling "pans." He uses it a lot for pasta, as I recall. Maybe therein lies the confusion. I demand to see a frying pan. A skillet. They're flat things.
Link to that video, please!
johnnytastetest fair
do frying pans have pommels? if not, how do you cook things rightly?
From what I can see having multiple personalities is useful :D
Do you agree on that, though?
+Franz Luggin All Three of us say Yes!
Thought so. After all, it's a bit like asking "Do you like existing", isn't it?
Most of me agree, but one says no. That one's always been a bit of a loner though.
As someone who works on a film set, this is very realistic haha!
I imagine that being a UA-camr for so many years, spending so many days in solitude recording, editing and doing research that one eventually goes insane and this is what poor Lloyd is actually experiencing in his head as he makes these videos.
So that tously-haired look is actually fake!
Well, I suppose having all your illusions stripped away from you is important to this growing up-business everybody is talking about.
It takes a lot of grooming to look that unkempt.
+Lindybeige very brave of you Loyd
you mean the baggy eyes are just makeup?! :O
Sounds like Dolly Parton.
I thought it was just bad hygiene.
Is that a neck-tie? WHAT IS THIS HERESY?!
Damn, I missed that, well done!
+TheFilthyCasual ive seen you comment so many videos
What is he playing at? Is he trying to get himself killed?!
He is risking his life to deliver new experience for his viewers!
quick! let's wish for something
I imagine this to be like WIlly Wonka's factory, but instead of oompa loompas it's thousands of Lloyds.
thousands of identical rooms and sofas
It's a bunch of Lloyds. Lloyds all the way down.
I often wonder what supported Lloyd on it's back. Lloyds of course.
Damn, this was hilarious!
Also, goodness, man, how much work this must have taken!
P.S. If there's an actual Molly out there, belated happy birthday!
I can just imagine Lloyd touching his own face pretending it’s someone else
So who is the Spandau handler on set?
next to the katana master to the right
Adam Sandler.
Not the actor. Born in Liverpool in 1967. Son of Devin, brother of Sage. It was stormy night the one he was born, poor wretched soul, his momma died of faint heart when he was still in the crib. Twice he has been married, has a son who plays football.
He has mole and likes curry.
Don't forget the flaming arrows specialst in the prop department.
I am pretty sure he was moved to set designer
+Daniel Băț oh, Larry is such a legend!
hahaha classic British Humor! Seems like a Monty Python parody. Loved it!
sorry sorry, I meant HUMOUR!
Excellently done Lloyd! The timing and editing are impeccable. And you're quite a good actor too!
I love this guy. He's just wonderful!
So... who is Molly?
Hahaha
Dave's sister.
Rhymes with Bolly
A drug
A damn good one
This was just marvellous. British comedy as its finest.
Happy birthday to the baker and reader Molly Foley!
I saw that one coming, classic! Pure brilliance lindy well done.
Who knew Lloyd could clean up so well.
I have always loved British humor. Very well done. This is close to Monty Python funny.
You sir are highly entertaining, I enjoy your topics, your storytelling, your enthusiasm and your energy - all in one take. You are original and your videos are not overly manufactured or edited and feel personal - and I always learn so much. Your logic always makes sense to me, and you have a great way of putting history and events into perspective. Thank you Lindybeige.
Do you do all your own stunts?
Not these days. I can't afford the insurance. Got to look after the money-maker.
Brilliant. Just brilliant.
And... There was acting in there, which is rare on youtube. Well done, sir!
lol, the guy in the suit looks exactly like Lindy
I love how all those voices are lindy's voice
THIS was awesome. Besides ancient history, your sense of humor is the main reason why I'm subbed to your channel. Thank you Lindy and keep great content like this coming up!
One day we'll hear Lloyd's real voice. He'll actually sound like somebody from Minnesota, don'tchaknow.
"Baking is wonderful! It's like science for hungry people!" Hannelore Eliicott -Chatham
You had me fooled for about 30 seconds. It’s pretty damn good how you did this
HAHAHA Third generation film maker here and this is spot on.
Work faster we are losing light! Where the hell did the talent get off to? BANG light blows out.
Thats a wrap we are now in the wrong location! Up before dawn and sleep late into the night. Video sure has changed most of the hassles but created other ones. At least editing does not involve hanging film on the walls and doing it all by hand.
The kids these days have it so much easier.
"Hair in the gate!" I'll bet not many even knows what that means.
that cameo of Captain Peacock with a beard at the end was great
He wasn't free.
How do you get anything done with that crew? They are terrible at their job! XD
Yeah, but they are probably cheap.
You… you do know this was a skit, right?
What? No, clearly he has an army of clones employed.
¬¬
Sometimes it's hard to tell joking from stupidity
Fair enough :P
wonderfully done Lloyd was very entertaining to watch!
hilarious! Now I want to take the studio tour!
Very clever how you played all the parts on your own. Kind of sad too...
Thanks for the laughs! :-)
It's not sad, he's obviously on NZT.
A necktie?! In Africa?!
Shhh.
Somebody get a rope. Oh, sorry that's a different rant--------
Genius - particularly the hair and makeup being touched up
That was exhausting just to watch.
And...
You own a tie and a comb?
And...
You know how to use them!?
The amazements just keep coming.
Yep. Another thumb up!
Lindy in a suit would make for a great supervilllain! Of course, he's British, so that's only natural.
He's got a beard, so he can't be 007
I deeply hope I am not watching the slow demise of one of my favorite UA-cam channels.
So do I.
What I like from you Lindybeige is that aside of the accurate historic points, you have good sense of humor, which is fantastic : D
The amount of effort that has gone into this is absolutely outstanding.
Lol! love it! perfect Lloyd, you did an awesome job :)
if i tried to put something together like that i would get so lost
That was extremely well done, Monty Python quality. Brilliant!!!!
Wonderful. I really am so glad I stumbled across this channel.
Excellent. well done. ur sense of humour and effort are much appreciated.
Thanks for the laugh mate. Well produced and executed. A world without biscuits is unimaginable.
lol all people from England sound the same... Jk ;)
Never heard of liverpool I see mate
You mean that wasn't Lindy doing all the voices?
Huh...
Its called Whales, and you need to go their.
do you know Britain has more regional accents and dialects than any other country in the world, in Yorkshire people in the village up the road have a different accent and I'm not even joking .
+Dylan Bailey I hope you're joking.
I am pissing myself laughing. This is brilliant. Absolutely brilliant. I love the studio!
Really very well made video. Acting is another of your many talents :) Loved it.
So I take that Lloyd has some kind of cloning facility in his flat. I wonder how many clones of him are there in total and how many have we seen. I suspect that they are dispatched all around the world where as the original one stays in good old England: One in Malta, one in Turkey, one in Sweden, even one particularly feisty one in Canada to oppose Skallagrim.
This video makes me appreciate actors more.
Lindy, you are the absolute definition of a complicated character if ever there were such a thing, keep it up!!!
How did I go my life without this channel? Every video is so fun, I learn shit and it just feels homey. Thanks.
So you're an organization of bizarrely-dressed duplicates?
Isn't every business?
pffhahahaha
He's a clone batch from Paranoia...
Lindy stole Wheezywaiter's clone technology
The guy in the suit at the end is supposed to be how the actor playing 'Lindybeige' really looks.
Wow he looks freaking good in a suit and hair done!
This channel doesn't get enough viewers, keep going Lindey, your channel is legendary.
...as someone who has worked on set in studio production (doing equipment setup and testing), let me just say how accurate this is to real life - right down to security coming around and telling you to get the hell out.
Lloyd, I think this is the best video you've ever produced.
Thank you, although I hope that you are wrong.
Sssh we're hunting Windybeigs.
this is a well impressive feat of planning, edition and production.
Absolutely brilliant. Great sense of humour and Lloyd can act fantastically. Love this channel.
QUIET ON THE SET
holy shit he has actually combed his hair for once.
That had me grinning right the way through. Thanks for being consistently brilliant!
this has made my week :) love it!
2:24 English orthography, best system around? I think not.
I can't tell if this is real or a skit
Isn't it grand?
This has to be a joke. There's no reason Lindybeige's videos would take more than one person to produce, and I doubt he would hire a studio just for somewhere to hang that background. And when was the last time you heard him give a birthday shoutout to one of his subscribers? And even if he did have a crew and give birthday shoutouts, why would his assistant know how to pronounce the name and that 'Reading' refers to the activity and not the city, unless he'd had a verbal conversation with the person for some reason? No, the scruffy hair and beige shirt with the collar up that we all love is the real Lloyd.
+Conway79 and using his own hands
Working as intended =D
Yes
Maybe unwittingly or not: this has been the most candid insight to the movie industry I've ever witnessed. Well done!
Pure gold. Excellent work Mr Lindybeige sir.. ; )
So there's more that one Lindy?
yes...there are lindyred ,lindyblack ,lindypink , and last but not least lindybeige XD
Very good question. My theory is that we all might be more or less Lindy. Imagine shades of Lindytude flittering through a crowd of people, if you can, like the ghost of a neurotic lion tamer.
I like to think there is an entire tribe of them living in secret.
I can see them arguing over who gets to be which color.
Well, Lindyblack is the one in the suit. I think.
Cut down on the funky fungi, Lindy.
You are my newest favouritist YT'er. Splendid, just splendid
I missed this video when it was released. Glad to catch it now!
this must've taken forever to make
Given that I finished it...
Can you make a video about mint in the ancient world?
Lindy makes the best videos ever made. Thank you for bringing more beige to us.
Oh bravo! Just brilliant. Love this guy!
well done, but this probably won't generate the as much controversy as some of your other videos. bren, much?
psst, bren is lesser than a spandau-42 *runs away*
Uses +2 initiative to pursue fleeing troll
Uses +5 ambush to mow down Bren bias with Maschinengewehr 42.
+Matthew Bozanich Uses saving roll to dodge.... ten times
*Holds torch in front of eyes to see you better.*
Feeling suicidal? Why else would you risk wearing a tie?
Great channel! Keep up the good work!
That was very funny, keep up the good work.
Arriving early at any video is a clear symptom of the no life syndrome :(
How do you plan the timing?
It looked as though I had a plan? I must be better at this than I knew.
Lindybeige
Indeed, you must be very good at that.
lol
+Lindybeige XD
I have honestly been wondering the same thing everytime he does a sound overlap thing like thise
When you hit a million subs I want you to know that I've been here since the beginning and you're amazing
You are one of the best Loyd, never change!
I understand why you don't usually do birthday messages.
LOL, funny, clever and well done. More sub-personalities!
What a great job, it really sounded and looked natural like the room is full of people :-) well done, great humour too of course
The best lindybeige video of the lot
Is it solipsistic in here, or is it just me? hahahahahaha!!!!!!
I kinda makes me sad to know that it isn't a guy in his house. But the vids are still good.
Wait...is this vid a joke or does he really have a team?
lolsquad Totuly real 190 percint
lolsquad LOL
Undeed Sam this was like my second vid. Please no hate me...
I actually really enjoyed that. Well put together. :)
i m so glad i found your channel.
