If you wish to change profiles this is how you do it.
(Not exact translation but to make it easy to understand for us English folk)
For changing the profile on this device, the translation reads:
Group 1 (default): Press Minus (-), Plus (+) and Up on the D-Pad at the same time.
Group 2: Press Minus (-), Plus (+) and Right on the D-Pad at the same time (Will turn LED red).
Group 3: Press Minus (-), Plus (+) and Down on the D-Pad at the same time (Will also turn LED red).
Group 4: Press Minus (-), Plus (+) and Left on the D-Pad at the same time (Will again, turn LED red).
this is great, thanks! is there something that says anything on the controls being locked out? I can get my powered up but it doesn't do anything. I can even set a macro and Wife Den's stopped working too, so maybe it's some kind of control lockout?
@@MiamiHeat872 My Japanese is basic level but I don't see anything related to such a setting or maybe I don't know the wording for it yet but try doing this and see if its resets it.
Press the C button on the device and A/X/Y at the same time. You will get a red LED, once its red hold the C button again for 3 seconds. For example:
Press C + A > RED LED > Hold C for 3 seconds.
Press C + Y > RED LED > Hold C for 3 seconds.
Press C + X > RED LED > Hold C for 3 seconds.
This is kind like a factory reset for the options, perhaps something is turned on you something was recorded that's stopping it from working. Hopefully this helps :D

There's a weapon it's with tune that if you jump while crouching you can like do a spin roll thing and good luck doing that with a controller that doesn't have back buttons/paddles/grips (grip buttons is my preferred name)

JUST WANT TO POINT OUT: That you do get "kind" of back buttons officially on the Switch. When using the Joycon in split mode is possible to map whatever buttons you want to SR/SL. Some games even use them in their starndard configuration.
This is a very nice video btw, interesting product that Nintendo should offer officially. Grip/Back buttons should be standard in these Dual Analog Pads by now.

Macro's would be useful for wishing on stars in animal crossing, but controllers with turbo would do that better (since you're just pressing a repeatedly) but macros are also really helpful for hatching eggs for shinies/breeding competitive pokemon

I definitely would find this useful in animal crossing for getting stones or iron nuggets, but not for the trees bc sometimes the wasps screw you over even when you’re shaking the tree with a bug net, but then again I would not buy it bc I’m slightly peeved about some wasps ahahha

I think the biggest use-case for my macros has been shiny hunting static spawns in Pokemon. As someone who works a 9-5, ain’t got the time to hunt myself on full odds or real hunts.

Does Bob not know about the Google Translate app's live translation feature? He could just point that at the text and get the jist of the japanese instructions. I've used this feature to put together some model sets with pretty good success.

To people who wants this accessory for the Nintendo Switch Pro Controller to play Fortnite competitive, the official Fortnite Competitive Twitter post has issued a statement where if macros are used during games, players using this will get banned because they treat it as a form of cheating.
