Hi from South African vloggers 🇿🇦 😀 ❤️ 🌍 😀
..
Man, watching this video brings back the memories and makes the idea that you sold it sting a bit. Happy to have it gone, but hate to see it leave
Yeah got a little misty eyed when i finished the video. It was the final project i had with the car
Damn, its great ^_^ It looks very much like my v70 1998 2.5 Turbodiesel :) Just in black.. Got the same Pegasus rims
Thats so cool we were not lucky enough to get turbo diesel v70s here in the us, it would be awesome to see one rolling cole
Did you put in a bigger MAF sensor? Which one? Did you have to get a new intake pipe to fit it? In the process of putting a k24 turbo in my 99 v70r
I kept the original MAF I know there is a MAF upgrade you can do but am not keen on witch one it is. (my room mate is VA5T Tuning) I see him change them out all the time. For the intake pipe its kinda shady but I just heated it with a heat gun and stretched it over the turbo inlet and it held on fine
Okay cool, thanks!! Oh nice I’m planning to get a custom tune from him for my 98 s70 t5m here soon! After I do the fuel pump and wiring he recommends
@@sweet-ish5988 right on!! That's super exciting!
Dude how did you applicate those Brembo brakes in the rear???
The bolts line up but the caliper offset is wrong so you have to machine down the caliper to sit centered i have screen shots of the forum i can send you if you find me on Instagram @speedwagon_inc
Hello, I wanted to know how you applied this lever after market
Once you get the original shifter off i just ran a die set down it to thread the factory mettle rod. I started with the the largest and went down one size at a time till i had the right thread pitch it took forever and the threads didn't come out perfect so if i did it again i would probably remove the shifter assembly and take it to a machine shop. (Probably the same price after you factor in the 200$ tap and die set)
How difficult was the m66 swap?
It's pretty straightforward the only custom fabrication you need is the shift bracket and the rear transmission mount. Other than that it's all oem parts. Definitely a worth the time and money!
Sick setup! Can you share how you fitted this gear knob? Is it the one from Honda? :)
Yup honda parts lol i removed the original mostly had to cut it off because the plastic got so hard with time. Under that its just a metal rod and i took a die set and threaded it starting at the largest and working my way down to the desired thread pitch. (If i did it again i may ask a machine shop)
Damm shawdy thicc
Машина бомба, себе такую хочу приобрести
What the hell was the point?
Haha mostly how happy people i raced where to find out how fast it is lol
