@@clonewarsstopmotion9096 grenadiers are standard infantry mate but we do recoconisance and specialise in mortars and sniping and machine gunning and about 15 to 20% of our duties are guarding royal palaces like Buckingham or Windsor ect
@@clonewarsstopmotion9096 if you sign up part time then your going to be in the territorial army or the T.A or army reserves their training is 40 days long they still go to Afghan and carry firearms but they are know for having lack of funds but mate the army heavily supports you with children and that my mate is 18 and he's got a kid that's 6 months old and the army helps him with sending videos of him reading stories and that it's a really good system the but if you want the reserves then go for it mate that's all I can say
be able to run 2km in under 11 mins be able to throw a 4kg med ball 2.9m be able to dead lift 46 then you can apply train hard on cardiovascular and muscle endurance long runs OUTSIDE not in the gym do that for 3 years 2-3 times a week you can get in a 16
@@Santiagocardona2000 dont try and lift to heavy at such a young age its bad for bone and muscle development in future and if you want an insight to basically military stuff join the acf is a great club
Interesting to see all the troops with HMNVS. Is this something everyone is issued? (Army) Recent exercise I was on IC & 2IC had them, rest had CWS with CQB Sights.
Where can I find information on the different regiments I could join once becoming a solider and also what type of infantry roles and what they actually do as it’s a little unclear online I want to be part of the baddest infantry group and what ever regiment that would be

It really is. And yes, we change the kit we use for the environment we are operating in. In this case, lots of windows, doorways, mouseholes etc to get through and belt kit can get in the way too much. So we adopted a chest rig approach

They get taught different methods and then go firm on one as a section SOP. This is their first introduction to an urban environment, they'll get further, more in depth training at Bn

Yeah in training all the bods get HMNVS and the 2IC gets a CWS aswell.

It's not so much what the Army use. But I use the Garmin Fenix
Casio f-91w is like the "unofficial " army watch. Because its cheap and you can put it through anything. Personally I've always used G shocks
