From Under-Muscled to Strength Gains: Lynzee’s Transformation

- Lynzee's background in cheerleading, dance, and running meant her fitness routine was always cardio-heavy. Despite her interest in lifting, she felt it was intimidating and thought it was mostly for men. Feeling "under-muscled" and unsure where to start, she discovered Starting Strength Columbus. From the moment she joined, she loved the structured and measurable approach. With every set being coached, Lynzee found the guidance and support she needed, leading to impressive results.

Very eloquent spokesperson and a great example of what Starting Strength does. SS is not about being the strongest person in the world, it's about being a stronger, healthier version of yourself.
God, if you love her so much why don’t you Marry her. 😂
@@BullseyePistol He's so thirsty.
@@somuchfortalent No, he’s literally married to her.
Great vid.
Shows community, shows accessory lifts, shows normal people, and God bless SS no damn mirrors on wall
Congratulations on all the hard work Lynzee! Way to go to all the SS Columbus family.

$405 a month plus $185 first lesson for SS gym here in Boston. Absurd pricing.
Way to go!
Wish there was one of these in Milwaukee!
Hell yeah!
I really like starting strength. It makes complete sense. The only thing I have a hard time getting a grasp is the 5 pounds per workout. That seems like such a fast gain of strength that it would hit the wall real quick. 15 pounds to the squat, bench, dead lift every week?
Bench and press will drop to micro loading quickly, with 1.5, 1 lb jumpa. Squat and dead you can keep smashing 5 lbs on for awhile, give it a go ans youll see
The important thing is that your lifts are going in the right direction. I wouldn’t worry too much about the magnitude of the increments.

Who was watching her movements during filming? Where's the coach? She's going to hurt herself. The only movement she's performing well is the deadlift. Great form because she's built to deadlift conventional. That poor woman in the maroon shirt isn't 1:44. She's going to eventually injure her lower back because that's where the load is being concentrated. She can hardly reach the barbell. What do people pay for this?
That’s my mom. Her back is fine.
@@BullseyePistol Not for much longer if her "coach" pushes her to lift more. How much is she paying for inattentive coaching?
Also my mistake at 2:16. That's a rack pull not a deadlift isn't it? There's no way she's pulling from the ground. That bar starts moving from knee height. I bet her deadlift form is bad too because her coach is trying to force the starting strength method rather than adapting her movement patterns to her anatomy. That's why her squat is so janky. How much for this "coaching"?
bro you spent longer typing your comment than her lifts were featured in the video lmao. why does every video of a woman lifting attract random dunces who think they can critique form based on 3 second long shots.
